More Parking Lot Work, No Ads and Cleaning The Fridge.

 Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It felt nice just laying in bed waiting for Kathy to stir this morning. It made up for the early hours that I’ve been getting up to go to the Gym. The Sun was seeping past the edges of the Bedroom Blind brightening the room before she started to rouse.

We were enjoying our Cereal discussing what we would like to do when the sound of the Electric Jackhammers started to fill the air. With it only being the first week of the parking lot repairs we were surprised that the Contractors were working on a Saturday.

There were no Job Ads for me to apply for today but my former employer is still advertising. I pity anyone that applies for that position.

When it came time for lunch we simply had the Leftover Greek Pasta Salad with a Yogurt Cup for dessert. It made room in the Fridge that we’ll use the next time we get groceries.

We both had different things that we were researching On-Line so we were surprised when we looked at the Clock to see the 6 o’clock Local News was about to begin. They talked about our upcoming Provincial Election, the Russian Invasion of Ukraine and the lifting of Coronavirus Restrictions across the Province.

For our late supper I continued cleaning the Fridge by making a Vegetarian Omelette with Yogurt Cups and Mandarin Orange Slices for dessert. It’s no use getting groceries if there is no room to store them.

The Weather Network showed we reached 77 F (25 C) but we had our Windows closed in order to keep the Dust and Noise out. Tomorrow should be an even better day so we’ll try to make better use of it.
