Waking Naturally, Staying Fit and Staying Informed.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After sleeping so well on Friday night and noticing the difference on how I felt, I thought of going for a repeat. Unlike past weekends where I have set the Alarm to go to the Gym this morning I let nature take its course. I first woke at 2:30 and thought it was too early. Even at 4:00 I rolled over until 7:26 appeared on the Clock.

Walking into Planet Fitness at 8:00 was strange because there were so many people trying to get fit. With it being Two Weeks since my last workout I lacked the ability to get past Two Full Sets on my Free-Weight routine but I still felt much better then when I walked in.

It was past 11:00 when I walked back into the Apartment. Being on the Eighth Floor we could hear the Wind howling and watched as people were all bundled up, used the Ganatchio Trail to get their exercise in.

Veggie Omelette with Pineapple and Fruit Cake for dessert.

After hanging my Workout Clothes to dry and chopping a Pineapple I made a Veggie Omelette for our lunch. It seems when I use Five Eggs it always turn out perfect. Using only Four Eggs today it was falling apart in the pan before it could be served. The nutritious value and taste were perfect but the rule is, you eat with your eyes first and this was a disappointment. Kathy reminded me that I am still learning to cook. Give me a piece of metal to work and you won’t be disappointed, though it is hard to eat.

We’d spend the rest of the day, catching up on Blog Reading. Even though some are experiencing Cold Temperatures they are still making us jealous as they enjoy the beauty of nature. There are others facing Health Issues that we will keep in our prayers that they will soon improve. We’ve only made a few Comments but we are reading all those on our Sidebar.

For supper we continued using the Stir-Fry so it won’t go bad and we can make a fresh batch. We did dress it up a bit by adding chopped Chicken to the mix. It was a game changer.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
