Why We Blog, Job Ads and January 6th.

Since there was nothing Planned for today we were in no hurry at getting out of bed. The fact that we seem to be making a bad habit of getting to bed later at night makes us part of the problem. After I had gotten things ready to quickly serve breakfast there was only time enough to turn on the Computers before Kathy came out to join me.

Within seconds I was serving our Muffins and Juice while starting to heat the water for our Coffee/Tea. We managed to talk about our night along with eating.

Since we still had our Air Conditioner on and it only knows to make things COLD we were sitting there shivering. We agreed to shut it until it started getting too warm. Well over Twelve Hours later it is still comfortable in our Apartment.

There was lots of News to read this morning before getting to our Messages. The Job Ads didn’t start appearing until after lunch. With everything that has happened over the last couple of Years there seems to be fewer Blogs to read. Even though many of us started our Blogs to keep track of our travels let’s not forget that we develop a family of Followers. Even if we stop travelling those Followers like to hear that we are still alive and enjoying or dealing with Life in a different way. Lots of Bloggers feel that writing about Appointments, Meals, Shopping and Visiting is not interesting but it is something that many would love to be able to do. They are doing it through your Blog. Things will get better but we just have to be patient.

Since we were still cold at that time we had Chicken Noodle Soup for lunch to warm up along with Strawberries and Nanaimo Bars for dessert.

When the Job Ads started coming in I was applying for the same job on each of the Job Search Platforms that I am registered on. Even with The Weather Network showing our temperature felt like 99F (37 C) this afternoon we were still comfortable inside without the AC because it had gotten that cold in our Apartment.

Wanting something slightly different but still cleaning up the Leftovers so they would not go bad we had Spaghettini topped with the Leftover Stir-Fry and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese for supper. Kathy had noticed a bad Strawberry at lunch so we finished those off with Chocolate Sauce for dessert.

The reason for the delay in tonight’s posting was we were watching the January 6th Committee. They are only presenting testimony from Republican Trump Supporters and it is not looking good for the former president.
