Weird Weather and Special Birthday.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Having late nights helps you get things done later in the day but it’s not good when you are getting up early. Fortunately today was not one of those days so we had the chance to make up for that lost sleep this morning. Kathy told me about the loud Thunder that kept her awake shortly after we hit the sack. I slept through it but I’ve always found Thunderstorms relaxing.

With a lite snack for breakfast we were soon having our Coffee/Tea at the Computers. Having looked outside there was a single puddle in the parking lot to show we did have some Rain. The Clouds looked like they were about to leave a lot more throughout the day. They never did.

Kathy sent off a Birthday Wish to our granddaughter Kylla. We all remember when she was so innocent and little. Now she’s a young woman training to be a Nurse.

Second Layer of Veggies.

Since it takes so long I started early cutting up Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers to make a Veggie Stir-Fry. Using the last two Wraps along with Shredded Cheese we finally sat down for lunch at 1:00. Kathy added Chocolate Drizzled Strawberries for dessert. There’s enough Stir-Fry for a few more meals.

Strangely there were few Job Ads worth looking at. The problem was that I had already applied for all of them in the last couple of days.

Notice the Sun in the Icon.
We didn't see it today.

The Weather Network showed our temperature outside felt like 100 F (38 C) but the extended forecast for tonight is showing more Thunderstorms until morning.

The 6 o’clock Local News was talking about the Pope being in Canada, the Wildfires all over the Globe and the Omicron B5 Variant. (Yesterday was the Monkey Pox. ???)

It was after 7:00 when we shared a Grilled Cheese Sandwich along with the Leftover Coleslaw and Leftover Macaroni Salad for supper. We topped that off with a Yogurt Cup for dessert.

We tried watching a News Special but the Cable kept dropping the program. Checking the Radar there were Storms in the area but no Rain outside.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. It's always time that just when something gets interesting, a storm comes thru and there goes DirecTV.
