Repeated Ads and AC.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

The moment I got out of bed this morning I felt like I was starting to sweat. It was only 70 F (21 C) at the time but the Humidity had to be high. Having seen the forecast showing the Humidex being above the Century Mark for today my next action was to turn on the Air Conditioner.

Slightly Cloudy this morning.

I was out of bed an entire Two Minutes before Kathy came out to join me. It was another Cereal breakfast before heading to the Computers. Most of the Jobs that I applied for over the weekend were posted again showing as Just Listed. I had the Electronic Receipts that I had applied but just in case the process was repeated.

With the Air Conditioner not working properly when it came time for lunch we had Split Pea with Ham Soup to help us warm up. The AC Sleeve is only a Foot above the floor while our Weather Station is located Six Feet above the floor. The AC is set for 75 F (24 C) but our Thermometer is reading 68 F (20 C) and heat rises. We finished the Chocolate Cake for dessert.

We were back into researching this afternoon and were surprised to hear the Wind rattling our Tandem Bike Cover on the Balcony. Checking The Weather Network showed our temperature felt like 95 F (35 C) but we also had Wind Gusts to 35 MPH (60 Kmh). Due to those Winds the Humidex did not get any higher.

Wanting something different for supper but at the same time cleaning the Fridge we shared an Acorn Squash along with a slice of Ham sauteed with Finely Chopped Onions and Mushrooms. We had a slice of Apple Crumble Pie for dessert.

Mostly Cloudy this evening.

Krackers

When tempted to fight fire with fire, remember that the Fire Department usually uses water.

  1. One of these days your efforts of finding a job must be successful I hope. It sure was windy also in our parts of the woods.
