After not making it to the Gym yesterday by last evening the Aches and Pains were starting to be felt. I was determined to make up for it this morning going to the extent of setting the Alarm. It was surprising that only when my CPAP Mask would periodically leak into my eye that I’d wake up. When the Alarm went off at 5:00 I sat up and shut it off but before I could remove my Mask I blinked. I hate when that happens because it means I nodded off back to sleep. It was 5:38 before I saw the time again.
As I was heading out the door I found another Notification from the New Management Company leaned against our door. I simply put it inside so that I could get to the Gym.
It was 6:10 by the time I started my Cardio Exercise at Planet Fitness. Even though I seemed to be dragging I completed all Three Sets of the Free Weights that I use. While exercising I kept thinking about the Notification. Normally if something is going to be done they schedule it between 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon and they only give you Twenty-Four Hours notice. Since I had a late start and I figured someone would show up early so I skipped my Cool-Down Routine.
It was 9:03 when I walked in the Apartment and since I had left the Blinds closed Kathy was still sleeping. The first thing I did was to read the Notification before anything else. I barely had things ready for breakfast when Kathy sensing my presence woke up. She enjoyed Egg on Toast before taking her Tea over to her Computer.
We had Spilt Pea with Ham Soup for lunch along with a Bosc Pear and Yogurt Cup for dessert.
The Weather Network showed our Humidex only reached 108 F (42 C) this afternoon before it started cooling down again. The forecast for this weekend is for below seasonal temperatures.
With the warm temperature outside we watched more of January 6th Investigation. Today they were hearing how then President Trump put Vice-President Pence in grave danger on that day.
For supper I modified a Store Bought Thin Crust Medium Chicken Pizza by adding Chopped Onion, Chopped Mushroom and Broccoli along with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. The Fire Alarm didn’t go off today while it was cooking like the other day. We were well satisfied and didn’t need anything to snack on for the rest of the evening.
As soon as I publish this Blog I have to take out the Trash. The Notification we got was to inform us the Trash Chute will be out of service tomorrow so it can be cleaned probably for the first time since it was built. It has an Air of its own.

Why oh why are you waisting time on the railroading of Americans? It was nothing of what they are saying. There are 1400+ hours of video that is not being released. The police killed a women, Roseanne Boylan, in the tunnel leading to the set-up. Please do not believe this fake narrative. It is NOT THE TRUTH! Roy Epps and his FBI buddies were responsible. Epps was on the FBI watch list until it was brought to their attention that people knew who he was. He is on video telling people to "go INTO the capital". He is no longer on the watch list and was never EVER questioned. What they have done to the political prisoners they are holding is horrendous and cannot believe they are getting away with going against our constitution. They even hired an abc producer to create a show trial. Please don't believe it and stop giving them ratings they don't deserve.

ReplyDeleteThe US is divided and you can not convince the MAGA crowd of anything no matter how much evidence is presented to them.
I personally watch ALL the hearings and then the reputable cable stations that report it at night for those people that can not watch it during the day.
I wish people would ask themselves why "state tv" does not want to cover it? Could it be they do not want their audiences to know that their main three nighttime anchors were feverishly texting the White House and demanding that the former occupant put an end to the insurrection? It is all in there if only they wanted to see it.
