After having the Electrician work on the Plasma Transfer Arc yesterday, really made my job easier today. There were still a few things that will have to be addressed when the Manufacturers of the PTA, can make adjustments to its programming.
Having set up the Twenty Foot Feedscrew before leaving last night, allowed me to start Two Burners by 7:00 this morning and start the welding process by 8:30. I was able to bury it in the Sandbox by 12:30 which was the start of my lunch break.
Talking to Kathy, she had been out for the Mail just so she could get out of the Apartment. She also had a chance to talk with the kids about her upcoming Ablation.
After
lunch I had to repair a Feedscrew
that had just arrived. Somehow a bolt had fallen inside the Barrel
(Outer
Casing)
at the Customer’s
Plant
and took out part of a Flight.
The weld would be Two
Inches Long
but Six
Layers
thick
of a Very
Hard Material
that we did not have for the TIG.
The welding started at 2:00
on the PTA
and was finished by 3:00.Slightly cooler today.
Besides getting the New Tires ordered for the Car, for next Tuesday, I stopped at Windsor Gas and Diesel to make arrangements to get the Truck in while we are away.
It was past 5:00 by the time I walked in the Apartment. The Pain in my Hip was getting intense, so rather than cooking something special we simply shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Vegetarian Pizza for supper.
The 6 o’clock Local News forecasted Rain for tomorrow, that will bring us some cooler temperatures.

What’s the difference between a fish and a guitar?
You can tune a guitar, but you can’t tuna fish.
