It started out differently at work this morning as not only were they trying to balance the New Chemicals in Section 5 but after months of Section 9 just sitting idle it was finally working this morning. The reason for doing so were the new Aluminium Parts that were being run through the Paint-Line and they needed the extra cleaning. That all sounds good but it also caused another problem. Since this pump was sending the Water through smaller diameter Pipes it was making it hit the Parts at a higher pressure causing them to twist around inside the Washer. The rest of the day was spent preparing an add in Pipe that make it more manageable.
There was a lot of measuring on the Spool so that a section could be removed then adding a “T” Joint in order to divert the Excess Water. It also meant measuring and marking where a Hole would have to be cut through the Steel Base Plate so the Excess Water would just be returned to the Tank for diluting any Chemical Blend that would find its way to that final Section.
Needing to be done ASAP I was told we would do it at the end of the shift. I passed the information on to Kathy when I spoke to her while on my lunch.
Murphy
was not helping when the Washer
was finally shut down for the
Day.
Wanting to use the Plasma
Cutter
proved useless when there was no Power
at the plug so I did it the old fashion way using the Oxy-Acetylene
Torch.
Paul was amazed how smooth a cut I was able to make using the Torch.
Once everything was reassembled we noted another change that will
have to be made.
I called Kathy to say I was on my way so she could make Italian Wedding Soup for supper. It was past 7:00 by the time I walked into the Apartment. The Soup tasted wonderful and it was topped off with a piece of Fruit Cake for dessert.
The Weather Network showed we had a daytime high temperature of 36 F (2 C) feeling like 27 F (-3 C) throughout the day.
Here is hoping for a better tomorrow.

You know you’re RV trash when Your vent fan would be used in the windows of most homes.
You are putting in a lot of extra manhours. I hope your traveling account is getting less skinny. Good luck my friend.
