Relaxing With Kathy.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After a busy day at work then at home it felt wonderful to finally get to bed last night and not wake up until 8:00 this morning. With nothing important planned for the morning I even lazed about for another Half Hour and it felt wonderful.

Having learned that since I started working at this present job and losing so much weight Kathy has been encouraged to do the same. She’s cut back on the size of her meals which means my cooking Sunday breakfast is now a thing of the past. We had toasted English Muffins for breakfast this morning before taking our Coffees to the Computers besides it was already Raining outside.

I logged in the Pills and Vitamins used last night to fill our Pill Doucettes which gave me an accurate Vitamin List that will be needed for the next time the Doucettes need to be filled. I then made a List so we could take advantage of the Half Price Sale on Vitamins later today.

Reading other RV Blogs is really making me jealous that they are travelling while we are still here for this Winter. Checking The Weather Network shows the type of weather we try to avoid fast approaching our area.

We both enjoyed the soaking in the Epson Salts Foot Bath. It’s unbelievable how wonderful it makes us feel invigorated.

For lunch we enjoyed Split Pea with Ham Soup along with Mandarin Oranges, Rice Crispy Squares and Yogurt Cups for dessert.

After letting our meals settle for a short while we headed out the door. Our first of the next Four Stops was the Shoppers Drug Mart near our building. I was awestruck when I looked at the shelves that were filled with Vitamins yesterday that were nearly empty today. We spent the next Hour travelling from one Shoppers to another until we got all the Vitamins that will take us past the next Doucette filling.

Our fifth stop was the Pioneer gas station. After seeing lower gas prices in our travels we took advantage by filling up the Car. Hopefully prices will hold steady or go down even further so I can fill the Truck.

Even though we only needed Two Items when we went to Dollarama we walked out with many more.

At the Zehr’s grocery store we took our time getting all the Produce along with Meats we’d need to make it through the next week.

It was only 4:30 when we stopped at the nearby Michigan Diner and ordered a meal of their Broasted Chicken to take home. It has been a long time since we ate inside but figured this was safer way to splurge. With only a Ten Minute wait they delivered it straight to our Car where we put it in Two Insulated Shopping Bags to keep it warm.

I dropped Kathy at the front door of our building with supper in hand while I parked the Car. Not going empty handed I carried Three Cold Bags of groceries.

The Chicken was delicious as always with Crispy Skin but Large Meaty Pieces of moist goodness inside. By sharing the Fries and Coleslaw the One Meal left us both feeling stuffed.

The 6 o’clock Local News reported 581 Provincial Coronavirus Cases this evening.

The Weather Network showed our high temperature today of 43 F (6 C) actually felt like 36 F (2 C).

I them headed out to the Car to retrieve the rest of our purchases. It had stopped Raining by that time.
