Late Posting and Still Cleaning Up.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

I mentioned doing the Laundry last night. It was 11:45 when I returned to the Apartment. With less then Ten Minutes I managed to publish before midnight. Kathy was already asleep so I did another round of agitating my Coveralls in fresh Soapy Water before heading off to bed at 12:30.

Waking feeling totally refreshed I got up before looking at the Clock. Since it was only 7:35 the good thing was that I wouldn’t mess my sleep schedule too badly.

After doing Two Fresh Water Rinses I set the Coveralls to drain so they would not weigh too much when they would be brought to the Laundry Room for a final Washing.

Kathy joined me around 9:00 and it didn’t take me long to be serving her French Toast for breakfast. We enjoyed our Coffee/Tea at the Computers where I had a lot of catching up to do. Once my Coffee was finished I ran the Coveralls downstairs and lucked out getting the last Washing Machine to work its magic. I got more reading in before retrieving them and wiping out the Washer. Even though I prewashed them in the Pail in the Bathtub they still leave a greasy residue inside the Washer.

Once the Coveralls were hung to dry in the Apartment I changed things around. Having decided to do only Seventeen Days of Pill Doucettes this time I started working on them by 11:30 and managed to have them finished by 1:00.

Kathy served Chicken Sandwiches for our late lunch along with Yogurt Cups and Cookies for dessert. I’m not too worried about gaining back the weight at this time considering that it has taken Four Months time to lose Forty-Two Pounds.

Having mentioned the rattling noise the Fridge has been making to Anna the Manager last night she said they would change it out for us but we would have to empty it. With that in mind we decided against going Grocery Shopping unless it becomes necessary. Since we weren’t as active as usual we both felt tired and would nod off for a few seconds here and there but if we tried to take a nap we were wide awake.

At 4:30 we headed over to Wendy’s Drive-Thru to enjoy their Chicken Wraps, Small Chocolate Frosties and Seniors Soft Drinks for our supper. Feeling Satisfied and not Stuffed we continued on to Guardian Storage and our Climate Controlled Storage Unit. We gathered our Collapsible Coolers so we will have someplace to store our Frozen Foods once we are notified the new Fridge is on the way up.

We turned on the 6 o’clock Local News only to get a National News instead. Again we didn’t get any Coronavirus Numbers for the Windsor/Essex Region. They talked mostly about tomorrow’s Federal Election and not too much about what is happening locally.

The Weather Network showed our Humidex felt like 86 F (30 C).

We’ll see what tomorrow brings.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion or is Spam.

  1. I didn't know there was such a thing as collapsible coolers!! Is that how I should google it? I have a good sized igloo but am delaying cleaning out my freezer because I just hate that job.

  2. Yes Judith we have 3 of them. They fold to put away and are a lot lighter than the traditional hard sided coolers. They keep things cold when needed.
