Even though it was a restless night I managed to crawl out of bed shortly after 8:00. After getting things ready to make breakfast I was in the process of opening programs on my Computer when Kathy joined me.
Even though the Sun was shining the outside temperature was feeling like 16 F (-9 C). We’d later reach a high of 39 F (4 C) for our day.
I found a number of jobs Online to apply for but after the first Two showed the Error message I tried something on my own. Online applications first ask for your Resume then pages later allow you to add up to Five Documents. I redid One of the earlier applications and it went through. When I was having the Error problem I was not counting my Resume thus I was adding too many Documents.
For lunch we had Vegetable Beef Soup along Orange Slices, Maple Cookies and an Apple Sauce Cup for dessert.
After cleaning up the Dishes we returned to the Computers. I did take time to get a partial workout in.
When it came time to watch our 6 o’clock Local News we found a Golf Tournament instead.
The only thing we could do was to have Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls with Vegetable Rice for supper then we topped it off with Chocolate Chip Cookies along with another Apple Sauce Cup for dessert.
At 8:00 we watched the Oprah Winfrey interview with Meghan and Harry. It was quite an eye-opener as to the dark side of the Fairy-Tale.
At 10:00 we watched the new Equalizer.
When the11 o’clock Local News in London came on we learned of all kinds of problems in southwestern Ontario. When they spoke of the Coronavirus the Windsor/Essex area had 23 New Cases bringing the Active Cases to 232. There were 0 Deaths today leaving the Total at 393.
According to all the Weather Guessers we might be seeing 61 F (16 C) tomorrow.

ReplyDeleteI also watched Oprah's interview yesterday. Isn't it amazing how powerful the media can be. The written word can destroy a person easily and even the Queen of England can't do anything about it.

ReplyDeleteI also watched the Oprah interview...it was a bombshell and an eye-opener. Of course, Fox News had a different take on it and sided with the monarchy.
