Enjoying Valentines Day Together.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

We both managed to sleep later than expected last night, but that did not matter, because this was Valentines Day and we were going to spend it together.

We enjoyed an Over-Easy Egg on Toast with Juice, for breakfast before taking our Coffees to the Computers.

The Sun was shining brightly until mid morning, before slipping away behind the Clouds.

With our low activity levels, we chose to have Split Pea Soup for lunch.

After cleaning up the Dishes we took our time, heading off to our afternoon appointment. Kathy had commented, feeling like the Shaggy Dog recently, but the recent milder temperatures might have contributed to it. We sat outside Fantastic Sam’s watching Julia fixing another customers hair problems, before our 3:00 appointment time. Since my recent Re-Retirement, we were able to get in before dinner time. After Julia cleaned us up, we both lost a few hat sizes and feel better for it.

With today being Valentines Day, we did not use any Fast Food Coupons, instead we went to the nearby Hi-Ho Restaurant. We did order from the Senior’s Menu, so our savings were also offset proportionately by a more moderate sized serving, that we did not mind.

Though our friend and fellow RVer Al from Travel With The Bayfield Bunch looks a little rough around the edges, he did post a short Blog this evening. He just has to give himself time to heal.

Both Kathy and I hope that all our Readers, Family and Friends were able to celebrate this day with that special person in their lives. Happy Valentines Day!
