Kathy headed to bed before I published last night’s Blog. Whenever I do so I verify that it went live so everyone can read it. In the process I sometimes spot another Blog or Few that requires me to immediately read it. I got to bed just before 1:00 but still managed to be fully wake by 7:30 this morning with Kathy joining me Ten Minutes later.
We were happy to see the Weather Forecast showing that our temperatures today would reach 41 F (5 C) with plenty of Sunshine. There was still some White Patches in the parking lot where the Sun had not had the chance to melt it all. Our overnight forecast for tonight is temperatures staying at 39 F (4 C) and climbing again tomorrow. This looks like we will be seeing Springlike Temperatures for the next week.

We did more research on those Masks today and were surprised that some of them cost more then an actual Respirator. The advantages is they are not as bulky, are washable and weigh less. The problem is if you walked into a Bank wearing one they would probably sound the alarm thinking you are there to rob the place.
Since I didn’t make it to the Gym yesterday we started making a slightly lighter lunch just before noon. We had Chicken Noodle Soup then a Clementine Orange, a Yogurt Cup and Tea Biscuits for dessert topped off with a mug of Peach Tea. Even though it was less we were still full. Could it be our stomachs are shrinking internally???

We sat for a few minutes drinking our Tea and talking. Kathy wasn’t sure what she’d be doing this afternoon so I took the Truck and left her the Car.
I arrived at Planet Fitness just after 1:00 and it was Half Full. By the time I finished my warm up Cardio I was again sopping wet because I’ve been increasing the level of difficulty which helps to burn off More Calories. As I cleaned the machine I noted only about Ten People were left. Using the Free Weights I stayed with the 35 Pound Dumbbells but added a few more exercise variables. Even though I had been keeping myself Hydrated it was coming out as fast as I was drinking it. On my final Cardio I again used the higher difficulty level but only lasted for Twenty Minutes. By the time I had my shower and came out of the locker room the place was again Half Full.
I surprised Kathy by arriving back at the Apartment just before 4:30. She had stayed home, made a couple of Phone Calls, made a Chocolate Pie and started cooking supper. She made Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. It has been a while since we made our own because of the Carbs involved. It tasted wonderful but very filling even though she kept the portions small. The sugar from the Chocolate Pie helped settle our stomachs.

We watched the 6 o’clock Local News but there wasn’t anything else on Television that appealed to us. As we sat working on our Computers we were both having a hard time staying awake. Looks like we’ll be going to bed early tonight.

When we started it just over Eight Years ago we never imagined that tonight would be a Milestone for our Blog. Tonight is our 3,000th Blog Post. We know other Bloggers that have well exceeded that number but we will continue trying to keep you informed of what continues to happen in our lives.

Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.

Words of Inspiration

If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it and, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.
