We
must have both been worn out from getting up early yesterday because
we were in bed minutes after 11:00 last night. As usual we always
hold hands until we are about to doze off to sleep then we normally
turn on our sides. The reason for doing that is we don’t have as
many Apneas while sleeping on our
sides. When I woke exactly Nine Hours later we were still
holding hands and we were both still on our backs.

Looking
out the Balcony Door there was a slight Fog in the air
due to the Rain that had fallen overnight. Kathy joined me for
breakfast just before 9:00 because she needs more sleep then most.
We’d spend most of the morning on the Computers reading
Blogs, watching the Weather and catching up on the world
News around us.
Since
we weren’t too active we chose to recreate a Garden Salad for
lunch by adding a small can of Salmon to give it protein. Of
course we added extra calories by having a Clementine Orange,
with a Naomi Square and Yogurt Cup for dessert.

Looking
out the Balcony Door the Fog seemed to be getting
thicker. With 50 F (10 C) temperatures and 97%
Humidity there was no doubt that would happen.
Just
since yesterday the number of Coronavirus
cases in our area has doubled. Since our son also has a Compromised
Immune System due to Medical Infusions that he needs to
survive we’ll be putting our visits off until this blows over. This
would not be something we want to bring to him.
For
supper we again had the Pepper Steak that we made yesterday
but on a bed of Rice instead of Egg Noodles. It has a
slightly different texture but is just as satisfying because the
flavours melded together overnight.

We
finished the evening watching a Hallmark
Movie.
Even though the Weather
Guessers
are forecasting more Rain
through tomorrow we are hoping to get out even for a short drive.
Thank
you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be
Safe and Enjoy!
It’s
about time.
Krackers
You
know you are getting old when
everything
hurts, and what doesn't hurt doesn't work.
Both of you stay safe and healthy.
ReplyDeleteDo you think the cases of CoronaVirus in your area is due to your proximity to Detroit?
ReplyDeleteStay home if you can these are dangerous times.
Yeah, I'm down to watching those Hallmark Christmas movies too. Sad state of affairs.
ReplyDeleteHopefully you can get to for a short drive today. Maybe it'll be a day of sunshine for you too. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteGood call re: son. Stay home and healthy.
ReplyDeleteI always liked Hallmark Theater. Great movies. Been a long time since I've seen one though. Glad things are well for you two.
ReplyDeleteThis self isolation is something none of us have experienced in our lifetimes. It is not much fun but has to be done. Watching the chaos south of the border makes me very happy to be a Canadian! Be careful and stay well. We will get through this!
