Getting Caught Up and Making Another Stir Fry.

Our Location today is McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

We were both up and about by 8:00 this morning watching the Golfers enjoying the sunshine. We also had a chuckle when we watched a couple of Birds sitting on the edging to our grass. What was funny was that they sat there for nearly ten minutes while other birds came and went. There were even people walking their dogs past our site but those two Birds just sat there as if they were taking a break.

While enjoying our Coffee/Tea at the Computers this morning I was a little upset reading some of the Blogs. It was not the content of the Blogs themselves that upset me but the fact that I had somehow missed a few past postings. As I have often written “If your Blog is on our sidebar and you have a new Post I will read it.” I spent the morning making certain that I had read everyone’s recent Blogs.

My sister had her car transported back to London on a flatbed truck. The officer that attended the accident advised her against driving it on the Highway. She fortunately has C.A.A. Plus that covers for that kind of transportation. Now she can deal directly with her Insurance to get the car fixed where she lives.

Kathy chose to make Perogies for lunch and Cherry Pie for dessert. They were filling and gave us the energy we needed to accomplish what we needed to today.

Stephanie from Leisure Trailer called telling us that Jayco had E-mailed her to confirm our appointment to repair our Trailer in March. I also informed her of the letter that we were composing for her to forward to the Jayco representative that she has been dealing with.
I find cubing the meat while it is frozen is easier.
With the Humidex of 106 F (41 C) this afternoon you hardly saw anyone outside let alone on the Golf Course. Because of some of her medical issues Kathy nearly passes out when it is that warm outside so the smart thing was to just stay inside.
Thin Slices of Vegetables are also finely Chopped.
Around 3:30 I started cubing another Steak and finely chopping Vegetables so that Kathy could work her magic making a wonderful Stir Fry over Rice for our supper. The best part is there are enough leftovers for another meal which is something we don’t mind.
Steak Stir Fry over a bed of Rice.
There were a number of Season Premiers for new shows making there debuts tonight on television and the one we really found interesting was “The Good Doctor”. We both enjoyed it and are hoping to see more of it. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  2. Sorry to read about your sister's car accident but glad no one was hurt. That is the important thing.
We know it is important to get your 5th wheel taken care of but Indiana in March does not sound like fun.

  3. I wanted to check out 'The Good Doctor' last night but timing just wouldn't allow... and of course, no PVR - just my luck. Love the frozen cut idea, might just steal that one. :)
