Needing
to run the AC
through the night has it’s drawbacks, either you
sleep soundly or not at all. Since returning home after having my
Hip
Replacement,
I have not been using my Nighttime
Mickey,
that had become a necessary part of sleeping before. There
is no Pain
only an ache where the Incision
is, but when I am up for the day around the time that the
Sun
rises in
the morning,
that’s not good.
Normal chores were the only things that happened. Hopefully by getting to bed early, we can get back on track.
