Appointment Rant, Getting Things “On Sale”, 112th and Blueberry Pancakes.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Why is it that on days that you really can’t afford to sleep in you do? With a 10:15 appointment waiting for us we finished our lite-breakfast and quickly checked the Weather as well as our E-Mails. That was important to me this morning because it gave me the chance to fill in a Questionnaire and print out the Confirmation Sheet.

We were on our way to Windsor by 9:30 hoping not to get delayed. There was a lot of traffic but it all flowed smoothly. We arrived at Rose City Ford with Five Minutes to spare. When we bought the Escape off the Used Car Lot it came with a 90 Day Warranty and we had a problem we felt needed to be addressed.

Kathy went to the Customer Lounge while I waited to speak to Mark the Customer Service Representative. When I explained that the One Rear Door could only be opened from the outside he walked over and stuck the Key into a small slotted hole and gave it a twist. Problem solved, the Escape is equipped with Child Safety Locks. We’ve been so busy we haven’t had a chance to read the Owner’s Manual. When we picked the Escape up on the delivery day we had to ask the Salesman to explain the Electronics on the Dash. He didn’t tell us about any other Safety Features the Car had. We drove away at 10:15 (the Appointment Time) and we now had a lot of time to use until my Afternoon Appointment.

We went to Walmart mostly to walk around but the entire store is being renovated so we were finding Groceries in the Shoe Section, Ladies and Men’s Wear mixed together. We looked around the Bedding Section mostly before we left.

We had used up over an Hour of time and it was past 11:30 we stopped at Wendy’s to have lunch. We ordered off the Value Menu and got Two Chicken Wraps, Two Small Chocolate Frosties and Two Senior’s Soft Drinks all for $7.20. Tasty, Satisfying and Inexpensive!

Earlier this spring we bought a set of Bamboo BedsheetsOn Sale” at Canadian Tire. We were so happy with them we have looked to pick up a couple more sets but could never find them. We looked at Walmart, other Canadian Tire stores and a number of places that carry a large selection of bedding with no luck. We did find them on Amazon at more the Double of what we had paid. After eating our lunch, we returned to the east-end Canadian Tire store where we got our first set. We found the Bedding Section but there were no Bamboo Bedsheets. We were starting to leave when on the end of a counter Kathy spotted the Bamboo Bedsheets we were looking for and they were once again “On Sale”.

Still having time to use up we walked around the Tecumseh Mall looking at lots of stores but finally ending up in Dollarama. I’ve mentioned before how the quality of the Items they sell has greatly improved. One of the ladies doing the stock pointed out some Disney Pixar Snow Globes with The Incredibles on their shelves. They are selling them for $3.00 and the Disney sticker was on the bottom with a price of $27.95. Now that’s a deal.

It was nearly 2:00 so we stopped at the Tim Horton’s in the Food Court. Kathy had an Ice Cap while I had a Fruit Smoothie in an effort to avoid Caffeine.

We walked around Princess Auto for a while. I picked up a replacement Automatic Punch as mine had seen better days.

We then walked around Winners where Kathy was able to get her Fruit Basket/Banana Tree. Last year every store you walked in had them but not this year. The stores that did have them only carried the much larger type that would not have fit on our smaller counters. The one she got today was the perfect size and it was “On Sale”.

It was nearly 3:30 so we headed over to The Canadian Blood Services on Grand Marais. Having completed the Questionnaire this morning helped move me ahead of other walk in Blood Donors. It was nice to see a lot of new First Time Blood Donors. Kathy sat at the refreshment tables and was talking to a few of them. They were I awe that today was my 112th Blood Donation and another gentleman that sat at our table had just made his 154th. Those younger people have some catching up to do.

We stopped at the Zehrs Super Store on Walker Road to pick up a few things. By the time I parked the Car and met Kathy inside she was ready to Cash-Out. By the time we Cashed-Out and got to the door it was pouring Rain outside. When it finally slowed a bit, I made a dash for it and picked up Kathy at the doors by which time the Rain was slowing down even more so.

By the time we arrived Home there was only a lite Rain falling. Once everything was inside and put away Kathy started making supper. She had a craving for Blueberry Pancakes and that’s what she made. She only made Two Pancakes but they were more then Satisfying and Tasty as well.
It kinds fell apart as she was plating it but this is
a huge Blueberry Pancake loaded with Blueberries.
The Weather Forecast for the next few days is for more Rain Showers. Good for the plants but bad for getting other things done. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Getting Informed, Unplugging A Vent and Seeing Our Street Sign.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Click on the pictures to Enlarge.

After having to take an Advil for the pain in her shoulders Kathy slept quite soundly last night. I even had most of my morning reading finished before she came downstairs. Once we’d eaten and moved ourselves to the Computers I made a call to wish my sister Anna a Happy Birthday. It gave us a chance to set up a get-together when she comes to town in a couple weeks.

Once the inside chores were finished we didn’t waste much time trying to figure other things out together. Even though the Credit Union keeps telling us that everything is working properly printing out their E-Statements proves otherwise. Kathy wanted me to call them up but since we’ll be in the neighbourhood tomorrow a personal meeting might be more effective.

Kathy planned to do a more intense cleaning while I went outside but thought an early lunch might be a better solution. We had Chicken and Potato Salad which would hold us over until supper.

For the last few weeks we’ve been experiencing a Putrid Odor everytime we flushed our Toilet. Having thoroughly flushed the Waste Tanks the odor continued. All Black Tanks have a vent that lets the Tank breathe but if that were to get plugged for any reason guess where the Tank Breathes. Before climbing up to the roof I prepared myself.

There were Hornets flying around the Vent Pipe so the first thing I did was to spray RAID Wasp and Flying Insect Spray down the tube. Within a few seconds a few more Hornets tumbled out of the Vent only to land Belly-Up on the roof. I then fed the Electrical Fish in but within Two Feet it met resistance. Back and Forth motion and before I knew it was not having any problems going in or out. I finally got a Whiff of the Black Tank for the first time since being up there. The final cleaning was done when I ran water from the Garden Hose at full pressure. Going inside the Toilet no longer smelled up the inside of the Trailer. I’ll be adding a Screen inside the Vent to stop any future nests from being built there again.

When people come to visit us at our Site many have said they couldn’t see the Street Sign. All the other signs are very visible but the Landscape Crew seem to forget to trim the Tree Branches from around our Street Sign. When we sold our House, there were a few Gardening Tools that were put in our Trailer that have proved to be very handy. I walked to the corner with my Pruning Shears and started trimming things back. That was when some of our neighbours started helping me determine which ones needed to be trimmed. The Landscape Crew stopped an Hour later to pick up the branches that were piled by the side of the road.

I’d just finished that when it started raining. It only lasted Five Minutes but the skies continued to look like more was on the way. I used that time getting a few Aps and Programs working on both our Cell Phones.

For supper Kathy made Perogies with Bacon on the side. That was some of the Bacon I grilled on the Weber last week and Kathy only had to warm it today.

We watched a movie about a group of High School Students from Small Town U.S.A. titled Windsor. Not in reference to the city we are near but the Castle in England. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Catching Up, Bicycle Ride, Replacement Fan and Listing On Kijiji..

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Click on the pictures to Enlarge.

It felt good to wake up without the Alarm this morning and the fact that we got to bed early last night meant we woke well rested today. We were only minutes apart getting downstairs and since I’d opened all the Window Shades when Kathy came down she lowered a number of them. Ever since she’s had the Cataract Surgery she finds even moderate lighting bright. With time her eyes will become more tolerant to it.

We made it a double cup morning while getting caught up reading at the Computers but we didn’t hesitate to get on our Tandem Bicycle and ride every street I the Park. Even though we felt warmed up when we got back it felt good to have the exercise to work some of the kinks out.

For lunch we had the Leftover Pulled Pork and Coleslaw that Kathy made up yesterday.

Another thing Kathy often feels is warm most of the time, so she has a small Fan attached to her Computer Table. The other day it stopped working and even though she was in the cool of the Trailer, she started sweating. After lunch we headed to Walmart in Amherstburg where we found a new replacement Fan along with some Fruits and Vegetables that we had used up.

We also made a brief stop at Kevin and Melissa’s to drop off the Card Tables they had loaned us to use for the Yard Sale yesterday. Matthew was home but his parents were out helping his grandparents Al and Sal to finish cleaning out the house that they owned for over Fifty Years. That was a lot of purging of STUFF.

Once we were back Home Kathy tried to list one of the articles that didn’t sell yesterday because it wasn’t advertised. We don’t know what is going on but Kijiji would not allow her to list it so I Logged-on using my Computer, created a Profile and was able to list the item.

Supper was another lite meal with Potato Salad and a piece of Broasted Chicken. That’s all we needed according tour Activity Levels.

Once we cleaned up the Dishes we sorted though all the Movies we presently have on board so we can store the ones we’ve seen. They’ll probably find their way to next year’s Yard Sale. We watched a movie tonight that we had heard about but never saw because we were getting ready to go Fulltime. The movie was “God is not Dead”. Whether you are a believer or not there are valid arguments that would convince the most harden Non-Believers.

Tomorrow is another day and hopefully we’ll accomplish more then today. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Yard Sale, And So It Goes.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

When the Alarm went off at 6:00 this morning we both wanted to roll over and go back to sleep but we knew that we had to push on. Having talked about not looking at the Computers yesterday soon changed when Kathy felt a bit chilled which is odd for someone who is normally too hot. Checking The Weather Network we found the Temperature to be 57 F (14 C) which was quite a contrast to the Temperatures we’ve been seeing as of late.

After having breakfast and gulping down our Coffee/Tea we were on our way out the door minutes before 7:00. It was odd seeing a Heavy Dew on the windshield but fortunately it was short lived with the few swipes of the Wipers. It almost felt eerie as we headed up Manning Road towards Tecumseh hardly passing any other vehicles.
Lots of parked vehicles that aren't usually by our daughter's.
When we arrived at our daughter Karen’s house we were surprised to find all kinds of vehicles parked across the street. After dropping Kathy off I had to park half way into the next block. While we helped set up for the Yard Sale we learned that there were a number of other neighbours around the corner that were also having Sales and with no place to park their vehicles in front of their own houses had taken up all the spaces in front of our daughter’s house.
Just starting to get things set up at our daughter's.
This brought back memories of when we were Downsizing and getting ready to sell our House. Karen had not only invited us to share her driveway but Margret and Lisa. Even though everyone had their wares priced reasonable there were still the hardcore shoppers wanting to bargain a lower price. We even saw a few try to hide other items together so those Sales were turned down. It also showed that there were plenty of Honest People willing to bargain fairly. It was cute watching some parents shopping with their young children but being mindful of them in the process by teaching them what was polite and not. With so many houses on the block having Yard Sales we believe that might have slowed everyone’s sales but we all sold Stuff that turned into Treasures for others.
This little one was cute while Dad shopped.
The weather really cooperated in our favour much more than originally forecasted. Karen served a few Snacks and Tea that helped all of us make it through the day. As per usual as we were closing up there were the Last-Minute Shoppers hoping to find things at give away prices. Instead of that we had all agreed that some of the lesser unsold items would be donated to Local Charities that would happily accept these articles. Everything was loaded in the vehicles and the Driveway cleaned before we left at 2:20.
a Beautiful Weed amongst the dead grass.
The snacks had worn off so Kathy and I stopped at Wendy’s where we enjoyed our meal from the Value Menu which was satisfying as well as being reasonably priced.

We did drop a few things off back at our Climate Controlled Storage Unit that we will post For Sale on the Computer long before we head south.
Clouds starting to fill the sky.
It was nearly 4:00 when we arrived Home and after emptying our pockets and refilling our Laundry Money Jar we both sat down to relax for a bit. I was a little more tired than I thought and actually had a Snap.

For supper Kathy served Open-Faced Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw and Cottage Cheese for dessert. We watched the movie “And So It Goes” with Diane Keaton and Michael Douglas. We could both relate to the characters after having been through personal losses of that type ourselves.

We’ll see what tomorrow brings. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Errands, Pill Shortage and Making A History.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Even though we didn’t set the Alarm last night we still managed to be awake by 8:00 this morning. That gave us just enough time to have breakfast, get dressed and nearly run out the door.

We were headed to Windsor for Kathy to get her Shingles Vaccination at her Doctor’s Office. We managed to get there a little early so within a few minutes she was called. Being that’s all she was there for we were soon on our way.

Out next stop was Guardian Storage where we first went to our Climate Controlled Storage Unit. Last night our daughter Karen had called to borrow the Clothing Rack we had set up in her basement while we stayed there in April. She needed to borrow it for the Yard Sale she is having tomorrow. Knowing exactly where it had been put we were there less then Five Minutes. On the way out, we stopped to pick up our Mail.

We headed over to Karen’s in Tecumseh where Kathy quickly put Price Stickers on everything we were hoping to sell while I assembled the Clothing Rack. When we went to leave the Garage Door Opener/Closer wouldn’t take the Code, so we had to Close it from the inside switch then go through the House to leave. When Sanford saw us, he thought that we were there to visit. Talk about a Sad Puppy when we headed out the door.

We headed to the Credit Union to pick up some Change for tomorrow’s Yard Sale. When we walked in we saw our Customer Service Representative Ashley and she was finally able to explain where we were having problems with our On-Line Banking. We got an assortment of change to use tomorrow and whatever we don’t use will simply go into our Laundry Money Jar.

Just up the road we stopped at Rose City Ford where we made an appointment to get the latch on the rear passenger door fixed. Last Monday our granddaughter Ashley had to be let out by using the outside door handle because the inside one was not working.

While we were having our Value Menu Lunch at Wendy’s I remembered that there were Vitamins that had to be picked up and the closest drug store was at the Devonshire Mall. It has been just over a month since we have been to the Mall but have things ever changed. After picking up the Vitamins we walked around looking at everything. Where the Food Court used to be there is a wall to the ceiling where New Stores will soon be opening. The New Food Court has a few more choices of places to eat.

After driving through a Lite Shower it was close to 2:00 when we got Home and I had to get busy. As I’ve mentioned before after having been shortchanged on some of our Medications from our former drug store, I painstakingly count every tablet using a special Spatula. Everything was going well until I reached One Medication. I counted it Three Times then separated the Tablets in groups of Ten. I was soon on the phone to the Drug Store. Using the RX Number Steve was able to tell it was their New Assistant. He apologized and offered to have the shortage delivered but it can wait until we are back in Amherstburg.
Vegetable Medley and Black Cherry Shortcake.
For supper Kathy made what she called a Vegetable Medley which consisted of any Vegetable that needed to be used before it went bad. The next time she makes it there could be different Vegetables in it. She also made Black Cherry Shortcake for dessert again using the Cherries before they spoiled. It all tasted great and it didn’t go to waste which is the same as throwing your money in the trash.

After supper I filled our Pill Doucettes for the next Forty-Five Days. I then had to record all that into the Spreadsheet that I keep track of our Medications so we don’t run out when we are traveling.

I spent additional time creating a Medical History for myself. That is something we never think of before we have an Emergency but if you need to go to a Clinic, a Hospital, a Specialist or have procedures like Cataract Surgery they want to know. Having done that for Kathy it was a simple thing for myself.

We have to set the Alarm tonight so I’ll explain tomorrow. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Severe Thunder Storms and Interesting Movies.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Click on the pictures to Enlarge.

I was about to get an early start on my day this morning when I Blinked. The next time that I looked at the Clock it was after 8:00. I managed to get things ready for a lite-breakfast, open the Window Shades and look at the Golfers at the end of the street before Kathy came downstairs.

The first thing I looked at on the Computer was The Weather Network to see what was in store for our area today. It was hard to believe that they were forecasting 90% Chance of Severe Thunderstorms especially since I was looking at a Cloudless Sky through the Windows. It was already feeling like 90 F (32 C) so cutting the grass sounded like a great plan. After glancing at a few more things that we follow On-Line it didn’t take long for me to get my inside chores completed before heading outside before 10:00.

Maynard was outside doing some cleaning on their patio so after a couple of pleasantries we both went about doing what needed to be done. It only took about Fifteen Minutes to cut, trim and blow the grass off the patio. Looking at the Sky there still were no clouds.

Inside Kathy was on the phone with our friend Vera who was apologizing for not visiting with us on Monday because she was meeting other members of her church there. Kathy explained it was alright because we were visiting with Ashley but we’ll see her again before we head back south.

Kathy made Chicken Salad Wraps and had Corn on the Cob cooking in the Microwave. It all tasted great and was more than satisfying. We worked together doing the dishes before sitting back at the Computers.
These Clouds filled the clear Sky in minutes.
Dark Fast-Moving Clouds were suddenly starting to fill the Sky and the sounds of distant Thunder could be heard. When we checked The Weather Network it was flashing a Red Warning for our area. It warned against High Winds, Hail and the possibility of a Tornado. Before we had finished reading that report the Heavy Rain started. Seconds later the Wind started to jolt the Trailer. The sound of the Driving Rain made it difficult to hear one-another. Watching out the window we watched as one of our Neighbour’s Awning collapsed under the weight of the Rain.
Our Tandem Bicycle and Potted Trees were blown over.
Then it stopped. It had stormed for all of Ten Minutes and stopped. I went outside to pick things up that had been blown around by the Wind. Our Tandem Bicycle, Potted Trees, our Firepit, Folding Chairs and our Signs. Neighbours were checking to be certain others were okay. The Neighbour’s Awning that had let go was safe as one of the arms had closed by itself saving it from damage.
Our Firepit moved from its base. See the water in the street.
Then someone said that was only the First Storm Cell that had hit us and there was another one crossing the Detroit River as we spoke. He was watching the Radar Tracking on his Cell Phone. Within Two Minutes the Second Cell was on us but it lacked the intensity of the First. Checking our Rain Gauge, we had an Inch of Rain between the Two Storms. They traveled east through Ontario and the Weather Guessers said it would increase in strength. There were sightings of Funnel Clouds in our area but thankfully they never touched down.
Our Signs blown off their post.
We watched a couple of Dwayne Johnson movies this evening. The first was The Tooth Fairy which was a good Family Comedy and then Snitch which was based on an actual case.
The Second Storm Cell heading our way.
We finally had Macaroni and Cheese for supper just before 9:00. The Weather Network is forecasting more storms for our area and we’ve got things to do. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Haircuts, Shopping List, Grilling Bacon, Getting Meds and Fun Visit.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Even though I was still feeling tired while laying in bed, I finally just got up to start my day before 7:30 this morning. After having Two Late Nights I figured that it would be nice to just sleep in but it didn’t happen. Kathy did manage to sleep a little later but that was due to a change in her medication. When she got up just after 8:30 she said it felt like she was in a Fog and probably could have slept longer.

We had Cereal for breakfast and drank our Coffees at the Computers but we were watching the Clock. Once our inside chores were finished we were out the door and heading to Windsor by 10:20.
Our Citronelle Plant is blooming.
Our destination was Fantastic Sam’s for an overdue Haircut. Because Jenna was away on one of her One Week Vacations last week and we don’t trust anyone else to cut our hair we waited an extra week for her return. When we arrived, the place was packed with other customers that had also waited for her to return. With her expertise she was going from one person to another using the extra chairs in the shop. She was only Five Minutes Late with our appointment but had us all cleaned up and out the door before lunch.

Kathy was starting to feel Light-Headed so we went to Wendy’s for our Value Menu lunch. Where else can you get Two Chicken Wraps, Two Chocolate Frosties and Two Senior’s Soft Drinks for $7.19. Not only did it taste great but wasn’t Over-Filling.
We need Rain. There are a handful of these cracks in our lawn.
We had gotten groceries on Monday evening but didn’t get everything on our Shopping List that was back at Home. After lunch we went to the Zehrs Supper Store it took nearly an Hour but when we left we had only One Thing on our list yet to get.

We were back Home by 2:00. One of the things we had picked up at the store was Bacon because Kathy said she only had a few pieces left in the Freezer. After putting the Grill Mat on our Weber Q, I proceeded to grill all Three Pounds of Bacon. Once it had cooled down inside the Trailer and Kathy had wiped away most of the grease she packaged them into Reusable Rubber-Maid Food Containers before putting them into the Freezer. Now if she needs Bacon for a Sandwich, in a Salad or on Perogies she simply microwaves what she needs in a matter of Seconds while the rest stays frozen until she needs it.

For supper we had Leftovers, leftover Chicken Wings and leftover Celery-Root. We didn’t even warm it up because it tasted just as good cold.

We were again out the door before 5:30 in order to drive to Pharma Choice drugstore in Amherstburg. We had to pick up our Prescription Medications that I had called in on Monday. With a new assistant that we had never seen before it was a bit trying. I kept telling her where to look for Kathy’s Meds and she kept looking on a shelf on the other side of the room.

Our next stop was for our weekly visit with our son Kevin and daughter-in-law Melissa. With the 97 F (36 C) Humidex we found them inside enjoying the Air Conditioning. We all had plenty to talk about. Things we’ve been doing, things we want to do, things from our past and others that we are not sure of. Melissa is learning a new job at work which may be easier in one sense but harder in another. As usual we had an enjoyable visit that was filled with laughter.

We left shortly after 8:00 to go over to Walmart where we were able to get the last thing on our Shopping List.

As we were driving across Pike Road we were suddenly hit with about Fifty heavy Raindrops in our windshield and then it stopped. As I sit here writing the Blog the Rain comes and goes every now and again. Perfect Timing! Have I told you how the sound of Rain on our Roof makes us sleep? Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

Laundry and Cooking Celery Root.

Our Location today is at McGregor, Ontario, Canada.

Click on the pictures to Enlarge.

We both managed to sleep like a couple of rocks last night waking to the Sun peaking around our Window Shades was a nice way to start the morning. I managed to get everything ready for a lite breakfast and started checking things on the Computer before Kathy made it downstairs. By the time we’d eaten and had our Coffees at the Computers the Sun hid behind a bunch of Clouds.
Celery Root as sold at the Grocery Store.
With the Humidex climbing to 95 F (35 C) this afternoon I started my chore of the day doing the Laundry by 10:00. Today also included doing the Bedsheets so that meant stripping the bed. Kathy loves the feel of our Bamboo Bedsheets so much that she wanted them washed and put back on. When they come on Sale again we’ll buy another set.
Celery Root peeled.

I was ready to go by 11:00 but Kathy thought since we’d eaten a Lite Breakfast it would be better to have an early lunch. She heated some Broasted Potatoes and Chicken for a quick meal. Kathy had pans to catch up on her Bookkeeping during the afternoon.

Celery Root cut in half and sliced.

It was close to 3:00 by the time I got Home with everything washed, dried and folded.  The first thing I did was to make the bed up with the freshly cleaned Bamboo Sheets.
Boiling the Celery Root to soften it.
Years ago when we were still living in our House our daughter stopped in for a visit after work. When she saw the Celery Root that we were about to cook for supper she called it “Gross.” After I cleaned and sliced it Kathy started cooking it and told our daughter “Don’t knock it until you try it.” Once she had a few cooked she offered a slice to our daughter who couldn’t believe how delicious it was. Kathy continued cooking the entire thing until she turned to see the empty plate. All our daughter could say was “It was so good, I couldn’t stop eating it.” She had eaten our entire supper so we had Fast-Food.
Kathy about to Bread the Celery Root.
Last night when we were at Zehrs grocery store they had a counter full of them. These are seasonal and a lot of times the farmers simply plow them under so when we see them, we get what we can. After I made the bed this afternoon Kathy had me clean one up.
Celery Root being Sauteed.
For those of you considering trying this Delicacy this is how it is done.
  • You Scrub it with a Brush with water in the sink because these are Roots.
  • You then peel it cutting off some of the smaller roots as you only want the base before rinsing under water again.
  • Depending on the diameter (Size across) of the Celery Root you might have to cut it in half before slicing it about 3/8”-1/2” thick.
  • It is then necessary to boil until it is soft enough to pierce with a fork but not mushy.
  • Remove from the water to let cool.
  • Use an Egg, milk and lightly pepper wash before coating them with breading.
  • Then sautee them in Olive Oil.
  • Once the breading is nicely cooked place on paper towels to soak up the excess oil and very lightly salt.

It can be served as a side, the main course or as a snack, warm or cold and it is delicious. Just ask our daughter.
Sauteed Breaded Celery Root. Enjoy!
The sky cleared and we had enough Sun that our Batteries were topped right up. we have another busy day tomorrow. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
