Our Location today is at Wildwood Golf and RV Park, McGregor, Ontario.

Even though the Daytime Temperatures are slightly increasing when we get up in the mornings it still felt close to the Freezing Mark. As soon as we opened the Window Shades we could tell that it was not warm outside.
After having a Lite Breakfast we settled in at our Computers with our Coffee/Tea not only for doing our normal reading but to check on our Accounts. It is amazing how when you purchase something to any of your accounts it is taken instantly. When you transfer money into any of those accounts it can take up to Five Business to show up. After only a Four Day wait we were Happy Campers because now we could take care of other things.
After having an early lunch of Chicken Noodle Soup along with a couple of Cookies and a Yogurt Cup we immediately cleaned up the Dishes before heading out the door.

Our first stop was at the Park Office where we were able to settle our bill for our 2019 Season here at Wildwood Golf and RV Park. The best part of this is we can declare it as rent on our Income Tax Return.
We were soon headed towards Windsor with our first stop being at Canadian Tire. I had to exchange some Water-Proofing that I had gotten last week. Just before I was about to open the container I noticed it was not for Canvas but Nylon. The biggest problem was the long line at the Service Desk with only One Person on duty. With the proper Water-Proofing we were soon on our way.

The next stop was Guardian Storage where there was a pile of Mail stuffed into our Mailbox.
Heading back to Walker Road we stopped at Home Depot where Kathy looked for some Wood Treatment and I looked to see what kind of Materials they had available for a project we need to do.
Driving across the parking lot we stopped at Dollarama to pick up a few supplies. Many of their supplies are better quality than the department stores and cost far less.

It was passed 3:30 and we were both feeling off balanced from eating less since we’ve been Home and all the walking we had done today. We drove over to A&W where they had Teen Burgers on Sale for $3.50 each. A pair of those and a couple of Drinks helped to satisfy our appetites as an early supper.
Meet Mr Pita Pit.
Another stop we made was at the Great Canadian Super Store for some groceries. They have really moved things around so it took longer then we expected to find what we needed.

We finally arrived Home after 5:30. While unloading the groceries Cory came over to visit. We hadn’t seen him since last fall. I had helped him to solve a few problems after he and Shannon had purchased their very first Travel Trailer that they use for getting away from the Rat Race on the Weekends. Lots of catching up and we’ll be seeing more of them this coming week.

After quickly checking for Phone Messages and our Computers we watched the movie called “Heat” starring Al Pacino. Robert DeNiro and Val Kilmer. It was about a Detective who set out to stop a bunch of violet Bank Robbers. Lots of action, violence, profanity and drama. It was 172 Minutes long. We both gave it a Ten.

We have a lot of things we want to do tomorrow before the Rain returns next week. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
Krackers

Tip of the day:

Borrow money from a pessimist,

they don't expect it back.

  1. You really have some great stores there. I hope the weather gets better and the rain drifts off to somewhere else.

  2. Glad you got some things taken care of. We also try to do as many errands in one day so we have a few days where we don't have to go anywhere. Just like when we're in the southwest. :)

  3. Wow that was a busy day once again! Depending on which bank we're using it takes 1 day or up to 3..don't know what the difference is but it beats having to go to the bank. Gotta love online transfers haha.

  5. Sounds like you had a busy day. If I ate as little and as healthy as you both do I would be as thin as Twiggy.
