As mentioned in yesterday’s Blog I was getting aches and pains from not exercising recently. Being certain to set the Alarm last night I ended up laying in bed praying for sleep but tossed and turned most of the night. That meant I did not wake until the Alarm went off as did Kathy. In her dream she thought she needed to get up also.
People are getting back to exercising on a regular basis so Planet Fitness was rather busy when I arrived. When I briefly spoke to Rene who works in Health Care he mentioned Stomach Flu being prevalent at this time. Due to my lack of sleep and the Three Week Absence I was only able to complete Two Sets of my routine.
Back at the Apartment Kathy had the Balcony Door open. The Moderate Temperatures would later drop bringing Rain in the afternoon.
Reading as many Blogs as my eyes would allow I was saddened to read of the loss of family members to a few that we follow. By sharing our lives with one another it makes everyone feel like part of the family.
Having only a snack for breakfast and expecting a heavier supper we settled on having Split Pea with Ham Soup for lunch along with a Chocolate Pudding Cup for dessert.
With the approaching weather we were soon heading out the door. We went to Jim and Lorraine’s home in Belle River. When I was cleaning the roof of our then Trailer I noticed a Rear Levelling Pad had broken off. It was caused by the design and weather. It was simply Plug Welded that allowed the Moisture and Freezing Temperatures to break it off. I rewelded them last week at work.
Jim
and Lorraine have been busy personalizing the Trailer.
Since it will become a Park
Model
Jim has installed an Outdoor
Kitchen
in the Basement.Winds gusted to over 50 MPH later today.
After collecting the License Plate that I’ll use tomorrow we were back on the road.
Our son Ken invited ourselves along with his Brother’s and Sister’s families out to a Family Supper not far from his home. When the Coronavirus closed many businesses some found ways to stay open. This business is called The Beered Dog in Harrow. (Not a spelling mistake.) They got together with all the Local Craft Brewers with a small but talented Menu they not only survived but thrived for the last few years. All Thirteen walked out with Clean Plates and Full Tummies. Thank You Ken and Heather. The meal and company were great.
Kathy was happy she did not have to drive home in the dark. Tonight we have to change our Clocks back to EST. Hopefully this will be the last time.
I received a call from Don earlier today. He was supposed to meet us in Rodney with our new to us Trailer but since he heard there is a Swap-Meet taking place in Chatham tomorrow we’ll meet him there. That will save us a Hundred Miles tomorrow. The bad thing is we have to be there by 9:00 EST in the morning.
Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion or is Spam.
Be Safe and Enjoy!
It’s about time.
