The
Sun was shining through the Clouds when I opened the
Balcony Blinds but by the time we sat down to eat it was totally
obscured.
While
having breakfast we discussed how we both had trouble falling asleep
last night but once we finally dozed off didn’t wake up until this
morning.
As
we sat at the Computers we occasionally had a problem seeing
the neighbouring houses because of the intensity of the Flurries.
As you’ve probably read in other Blogs that is what Spring
is like here in Ontario.
With
the outside temperature sitting at the Freezing Mark most of
the day Kathy was feeling chilly which is totally unlike her since we
hadn’t opened the Balcony Door. Since we’d had a later
breakfast it was past 1:00 when we decided to have our next meal. To
help her get warm we had Split Pea Soup for lunch along with
our usual dessert plate of fruits and sweets. She was probably hungry
and seemed to warm up after eating.
Keeping
busy On-Line getting caught up on what is happening in the
world and watching the Flurries increase we waited until the 6
o’clock Local News was over before working together to
make supper. Tonight’s meal was Macaroni and Cheese with a
slice of Ham for a side then Mixed Berries along with a
Pecan Tart for dessert.
With
the total amount of Coronavirus Cases
exceeding Two Million we watched a Special where a
number of Scientists warned about what to do to avoid
contamination. In the Windsor/Essex
Region alone we had
another Twenty-Six Cases have
been confirmed in the last Twenty-Four Hours. To finish off
the evening we watched an episode of Nancy Drew.
Flurries stopped just before the Sun set. |
With
Temperatures
set to rise over the next few days we plan on getting things
accomplished. Thank
you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be
Safe and Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteYou guys in Windsor had only snow flurries while we in the neighbouring town had a full blown snowstorm with 4" of the white stuff and freezing temps of -4C. Crazy weather in April.
