I actually had trouble posting the pictures on last night’s Blog. Even though I was already on Blogger each time I tried to insert the pictures the message “This Site Can Not Be Found” would appear. I saved what I had and rebooted my Computer and everything worked the way it should have in the first place.

That tired me out enough that I was in bed before midnight but like the other night I was soon awake. As mentioned before both Kathy and I have Sleep Apnea and use CPAP Machines to keep us breathing while we sleep. I was about to get up and take a Tylenol when I felt that I had a sore jaw. Now don’t worry or think that I was going to have a Heart Attack. I have a habit of gnashing my teeth in my sleep and wear a protective guard that I affectionately refer to as my Chew Toy. Being in such a hurry to get to bed last night I’d forgotten my Chew Toy. As soon as I put it in place my jaw stopped aching and I fell back to sleep.

Late Hours, Restless Sleep all add up to another problem, Sleeping In. It was 8:30 when I finally got up this morning and because it Rained most of the night Kathy was even more relaxed then myself and slept until 9:00.

After finishing our breakfast, we had our Coffee/Tea at the Computers. We had a couple more responses on the Unit we advertised on Kijiji. One wanted to E-Transfer the money and have me ship it. That type of thing is okay among family and good friends but I don’t need anyone emptying our accounts rather then filling them. That one got deleted pretty fast but I responded to the other. Like the previous ones, we have not had another reply. I also worked at completing my Medical History and Questionnaire for my upcoming Cataract Surgery.

It was past 1:30 when we worked together getting things ready for lunch. While I cleaned up a Cantaloupe Kathy plated the last of the Coleslaw and Potato Salad along with a Chicken Strip next to a Bagel with Cream Cheese on it. This would be our large meal of the day.

Kathy washed the dishes while I packed up the garbage and walked it down to the Trash and Recycle Area. Even though the Humidex was hoovering just below the Century Mark you felt the heat. Walking back to our Trailer, I noticed the sky towards the west starting to fill with large Clouds. Even though I briefly spoke with Larry and Jim it didn’t take long for me to get Home.

You might recall I had to unplug our Vent Pipe recently due to Hornets making a nest which caused the Black Tank to vent inside our Trailer. In order to screen the Vent, it has to be removed and it appears the nest is back. Due to the Wet Weather we’ve been getting, along with other chores it hasn’t gotten done yet. The only thing I could temporarily do is dump and flush the Black Tank again.

Tired of working on the Computers we had another Movie Matinee. We watched “Joy” with Jennifer Lawrence in the lead role of a woman who invents something and nearly losses it all until she learns the workings of the Financial World. Very well done.

It was past 7:00 when Kathy decided we should eat supper so she cooked up a prepackaged Lasagna. She normally makes her own but just thought this would be faster and worth a try. It took forever to cook and was Over-Salted. She’ll make her own again next time.

While we were eating Tony from Las Vegas called saying they had promos to get people to town. I said “Thanks but No-Thanks”. We’ve had Rain since the Sunset. Tomorrow Kathy sees our Optometrist and we have other errands to run. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. I can't get over the 100 degree temperature and rain. It's just weird since that doesn't happen where I'm from. Your little piece of Canada seems to be just like Arizona in the summer.
