Follow-up day.

Well today was another get up early day!

We were up again at 6:30AM getting ready to head into Windsor for Rick’s follow up with Doctor Tafour at 8:00AM.  We got there on time and he examined his eye and said that it all looked very good and to continue with the drops.  We thanked him again for his wonderful service. He is such a nice man and I don’t think he gets near enough thanks for his highly specialized field! He is just to busy most times to interact with his patients.  

The rest of the day was quite rainy, overcast with on and off sprinkles until tonight we had thunder and heavy rains.  Richard is doing quite well and the never-ending drops continue in his eyes.

It has been an uneventful day but very laid back because of the weather and Rick’s needing to rest his eye.

Each day is a little better and his eye is healing quite nicely.

I am sure he will be back tomorrow to write the blog and getting to being a little more active with caution as far as his eye go. He isn’t allowed to lift more than 10 lbs. nor to look up or down especially down.

He isn’t allowed to do much of anything for at least a week. Which is really ironic as he gets the next one done in two weeks.  They kind of run into one another so he is out of commission for a few weeks at a time.
