Our Location today is Bushnell,
Florida.
Last night we slept with the electric heater on all night
rather than running the furnace. By putting it on the kitchen counter we weren’t
too worried that it would cause a problem and the heat kept us warm in the
bedroom because heat rises. After having breakfast I checked the outside
temperature at 8:00 this morning. The thermometer
was reading 39F (4C) which is cold here in Florida
but still not as cold or white as back home.

Sitting at the computer reading comments this morning I was
shocked to have gotten a couple of Spam Comments. About two weeks ago we were being
hit hard by Anonymous comment Spam so like many we started accepting comments
from people with open ID’s only. The Spam we received today has names and
pictures of people attached to them with the usual gibberish that is recognized
as Spam.
When you click on the person’s name or picture it opens directly to an
unlimited amount of commercial advertisements. Chances are the names on those
accounts are legitimate but are being used with or without their knowledge so
just be aware. There Back!

The wind kept rocking the trailer throughout the day and we
never saw anyone in the park that wasn’t wearing at least a jacket. We basically
stuck around the trailer reading blogs and working on data entries.
Looking back towards camp. |
Spring is in the air as far as trees and flowers but not the temperature. |
Finally about mid afternoon the temp was near 61F (16C) so we
decided we needed to get some fresh air and exercise so we started walking
until we were nearly down to the road leading to the highway. That was about
three quarters of a mile in each direction but considering that the wind was
cutting through our jackets and making us wish we had our coats instead.

The spam is a real problem. I wished Blogger could do something to fight them. I hate to disable comments but like you am getting so many. Seems the weather is unsettled everywhere.
ReplyDeleteUsing comment moderation I get fewer spams and they never make it to the posting.
ReplyDeleteHad to eliminate all anonymous comments myself. The spam was overwhelming.
