One More Night.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

Our original game plan for us to start Fulltiming was on the last day of the month of April but we have been moving things at such a pace we want to start early. Our plan was to tow our trailer here to the apartment so that we could install our new Loveseat as well as adding all the food and clothes then bring it out to Wildwood Golf and RV Park.
We were both up by 7:00 this morning and neither of us could sleep very well because of the anticipation of our upcoming move to our trailer. Shortly after finishing breakfast and coffee at the computers we started examining what we could bring to the trailer and get it stowed away before bringing the trailer to the apartment. Most of the morning was spent loading the truck with not only things for the trailer but other items that could be put in the storage unit at this time. I also inspected the old pad behind the parking lot that we intend to park the trailer on and ended up cleaning the remains of a couple of broken beer bottles because we don’t need any flat tires when they can be avoided.

By 11:30 the truck was at its limit and it was time to grill lunch. The Weber did a great job of grilling some hamburgers to go with the sides Kathy had gotten ready. This helped to reduce what we’ll have to load in the trailer tomorrow.
We arrived at Guardian Storage just before 1:00 and the first thing we did was go to the office. Wendy had returned from her vacation so while we got our mail we also notified her the trailer would be leaving their yard for the last time before noon on Saturday. She also follows our blog and is looking forward to reading of our adventures.
Next we stopped at our Climate Controlled Storage Unit where we managed to unload quite a bit of our load. Then we drove to our trailer where after opening the slides we started organizing the containers of clothes into their drawers as well as filling the pantry with the food stocks that we had brought along. It was at this point that we realized I’d accidentally loaded some clothing that had to go in storage under the things for the trailer. Another quick stop at the storage unit where we finished unloading everything. On the way back to the apartment we made a quick stop at the Dollar Store where Kathy picked up wrapping material so she could continue wrapping Cxxxxxxxs gifts.

We got home just before 6:00 so after I grilled another steak on the Weber to go with the Acorn Squash Kathy had made we watched the news as we ate our supper. As soon as we’d finished eating Kathy started doing more Cxxxxxxxs wrapping while I ran an errand to the Home Hardware. When I got back I positioned both the car and truck near the end of the parking lot so nobody else will park on the pad we’ll use for the trailer tomorrow.
We are hoping that we can sleep properly tonight. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
