Sudden Change Of Plans But More Progress.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

We were up by 7:30 this morning with plans on what we wanted to accomplish today.  The sun was shining brightly but the temperature was well below the freezing mark and even though it was a weekday not too many people were outside just for the sake of it.
We were at the computers getting caught up with the expectation of meeting our friend Vera for an early lunch at Applebee’s. It wasn’t even 9:00 when Vera called informing us that Bill had fallen again and was once again on his way to the hospital so our lunch date was off.
The rest of our day was spent getting odd things accomplished in an attempt to getting ourselves closer to our Fulltiming Goal. I managed to finish defrosting the Upright Freezer that we have sold but the gentleman who bought it said we could use it until we were ready to leave. If we keep using it, we’ll keep filling it so now I’ll call him to come pick it up. I also packed away two more of our printers and other electronics that will be going into our storage unit. Kathy’s arthritis in her hands continues to plague her but she still managed to get more sewing completed on our room-darkening curtains for the trailer.
Just before 5:00 we received another call from our insurance company which is causing us additional stress but we’ll get through it as usual. Because of the lateness of the call I’ll have to deal with it tomorrow.
For supper tonight we had pancakes so that we could use up the last of our frozen berries. They tasted great and the fridge and freezer are starting to look a bit less full.
As the 6 o’clock News was finishing Vera called back to tell Kathy what had happen today. Bill is now back at the retirement home with a few more bruises and Vera with a few less nerves. Kathy was able to calm her down and give her some advice. Since Bill fell and banged his head on a cement curb last summer it has been a trying ordeal for the both of them. We continue to keep them in our prayers.
Tomorrow we’ll hopefully make more progress towards Fulltiming. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!

  1. We went from 2 large fridges and 3 freezers, right down to the small rv fridge, works great for us.
