Full Day Of Appointments and Dealing With Spam.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

When I looked at the Clock this morning it showed that it had been a restful night, but it also showed we had to get moving. We settled having a Yogurt Cup and a glass of Juice to take our pills with for our breakfast. After turning my Computer on, I joined Kathy at getting dressed to head out. The report showed we would have a wonderful day.

We headed out to Dyna-Care laboratories in Tecumseh which only took Fifteen Minutes to get there. It was my turn to have a Pre-Operation Blood Test done. Luckily, I had been able to make this appointment On-Line which meant there was very little wasted time sitting around. This location take Appointments Only, while the other location does not allow any Appointments, which has you waiting up to Three Hours.

We were done early, so we drove over to the nearby Wendy’s to try their breakfast menu. The fact they were just switching to their lunch menu had us rush, so next time we’ll try something else.

A couple years ago Kathy had a problem with her CPAP, where the Power Transformer, just stopped working. Early this morning, the same thing happened to me, which is partly why I was still tired, sleeping without my CPAP for a couple of hours. To fix that we headed over to Vial-Aire, where Tiara was quick to replace it. Luckily, it was all covered by our Extended Insurance. Since she was on vacation when we ordered our new Machines for October, she verified everything would be ready for us at that time.

With time on our hands, and a Rain Cheque in my wallet we stopped at Princess Auto, where I was able to get the Load Straps I wanted for only $7.00/each. (Regular Price was $19.99/per) The one’s that I’ve had for so long are starting to fray and we don’t want to be leaving anything on the road. At 60% Savings, they were worth while.

We swung by Guardian Storage only to find the next Sale Booklet for Princess Auto.

It’s been over Two Weeks that we fueled up the Car because of the rising prices, so we stopped at the Pioneer gas station to do that today. It has been cheaper, but it has also been higher, so we were happy to only pay $1.609/Litre ($6.09/ US Gallon). The guy next to us was driving a Tricked Out V-12 Jaguar that needed High-Test at $1.899/Litre ($7.19/US Gallon). It came to over a Hundred Dollars.

The Wendy’s breakfast was gone but we did not want to overdo it, so we stopped at Arby’s and settled for a simple Classic Roast Beef Sandwich with at Strawberry Milkshake for our meals, before heading home.

We had only left Two Fans circulating the air when we left this morning, when we walked in the Apartment it felt as cool as when we left earlier.

We enjoyed Bacon/Veggie Wraps for supper along with a glass of Carbonated Juice (Fake Wine) for our Beverages. That helped make even more open space in the Fridge and Freezer. Not sure yet, when we’ll go for groceries.

Back on the Computer I was shocked to find Fourteen Spam Messages to our Blog, on different Posts from the Enlightenment Temple of Life. That took hours to clean up.

Our 6 o’clock Local News, talked about Kamala Harris running against Former President Trump, for the US Presidency. They also broke down how both parties would affect our lives in Canada.

We’ve got a busy afternoon ahead of us tomorrow, but we’ll try to get more out of it.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

  1. SPAM is a problem for all bloggers who allow comments. There's no easy solution. Nice that you were able to clean it out.

  2. 6.09 a gallon. I will remember not to complain about paying 2.88!
