Rough Night and Changing Forecast.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

I am not sure what the problem was last night, but I spent over half the night staring at the ceiling. It did not matter whether I was in Bed or in my Recliner, sleep was not my friend. Finally, I got up considering using another Extra Strength Tylenol, but I was not in Pain. Instead, I remembered that I have not used asleep aid in a long time. Luckily, the bottle of Zzzquil was with the rest of my medications. Minutes later I went back to Bed, where I spent the rest of the night sleeping.

It was minutes past 8:00 when I woke to find Kathy was not there. She was already reading things on her Computer when I joined her. We had Cereal for breakfast before taking our Coffees to our Computers. The outside temperature was only 10 F (-12 C) but would eventually make it to a hazy 16 F (-9 C) this afternoon, due to a few Flurries. Checking the forecast and Radar on The Weather Network, things had changed since yesterday. We will be seeing less changes to our landscape and the temperatures could start to increase next week.

I made the Homemade Italian Salad we had for lunch but was disappointed how it turned out. I do not like taking more Medications then I have to and it seemed by taking the sleep aid last night, I was not thinking clearly, by forgetting ingredients I normally use.

We received a call to confirm Kathy’s appointment next Monday, with her Rheumatologist. I guess they did not want her to forget.

The Weather Guesser, on the “6 o’clock Local News” confirmed what I had already noted earlier. We might even see more of the Sun this week.

We had Perogies for a late supper, before watching a few episodes of “Mayday”.

Tomorrow will be a busy day.
