Getting Ready and Improvement On Kathy’s Knee.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Moments after publishing the Blog last night, I simply leaned back in my Recliner and fell asleep. I woke nearly Six Hours later according to the Clock. By not wearing my CPAP Mask, my body’s Oxygen Level is not restored properly. Getting to Bed with less than Two Hours connected to my CPAP, did help a bit, but still left me feeling drained for the rest of the day. I was up for nearly an Hour when Kathy hobbled from the Bedroom, using my Cane for support.

We settled for Cereal for breakfast, before taking our Coffees to our Computers. While reading Blogs this morning, I busied myself pealing the Labels off the Medication Vials, so someone cannot steel Personal Information, and the Vials can be Recycled. If the Labels are still attached, the Vials simply end up in a Landfill.

Other than Cloudy Skies, there was no Precipitation, but the temperature remained below the Freezing Mark, with a high of 30 F (-1 C). The Sun would finally make an appearance less than an Hour before setting this evening.

When it came time to make lunch, I found out that I have been cooking more meals, or we have been eating out. I found the Bread starting to dry out when I made Salmon Sandwiches. We had Chocolate Pudding Cups for dessert.

There was lots to read and do on the Computers so there was no Multi-Taking with the Television running in the background.

I got an early start to slicing up Vegetables and Bacon for tonight’s meal. I was missing Broccoli today, but had plenty of Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers and Zucchini, lightly Salted, seasoned with Black Pepper and Minced Garlic, it tasted wonderful. Adding Chopped Bacon and Mozzarella Cheese on Large Tortilla Wraps, made it a meal that was easy to handle.

Luckily, I can get around the Apartment fairly easy on my own, allowing Kathy to continue to use my Cane. She is starting to feel less Pain and more Strength in her Left Knee.

Wanting to get a head start on tomorrow’s chores and to catch up on my sleep, I am pushing to get to Bed early tonight.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
