Well Fed and Autumn Rains.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

When my CPAP Machines work the way they were meant to do, I benefit with a good night's sleep. I even noted the time on the clock this morning and decided to get another Ten Minutes of rest and relaxation.

The first thing I did after getting up, was to open the Balcony Blinds. Though all the pavement around was dry, but the Clouds completely filled the sky. Even though it was past 8:30, the Parking Lot Lights and Street Lights were all on.

I was checking "The Weather Network" when Kathy came out to join me, Ten Minutes later. When I got up to have breakfast. I looked outside to see that everything was well washed from the intensity of the Rain.

Listening to our Family Doctor's advice I reduced the dosage of Muscle Relaxers that the Pain Clinic prescribed. The rest of the day I was alert and not feeling like I needed to go back to Bed.

When it came time for lunch, I simply microwaved a couple of Stuffed Peppers that our daughter Karen and son-in-law Greg brought over on Sunday. When we finished eating them, we were the ones that were stuffed. There are Two more of these meals still in our Freezer.

From the time it started, the Rain never stopped coming down. There was just too much going to start slicing up veggies, so we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Hawaiian Pizza for supper.

After cleaning up the Kitchen and Dishes, we found a "Murder Mystery" to watch, before the "11 o'clock Local News". Thankfully, there were no Football Games to delay the News tonight.

It's still Raining outside but that will stop early in the morning. The temperatures are now cooling off to seasonal.

Since our Family Doctor also suggested to continue taking the Two Muscle Relaxers that the Pain Clinic prescribed for the evening. I did that with our evening medications at 6:30 supper. As I am trying to write this Blog, I'm struggling to keep my eyes open. At least I had a brighter day.
