Missing Phone.

After making certain that there was enough Distilled Water in the CPAP Machines yesterday, I found that I had overfilled the one by my Recliner. When that happens, the water that should be blown out as a vapor, was blown against the Vent Tube as a liquid. The end result was the Air Flow was being constantly interrupted. Thankfully, as soon as my Neck felt like it had been realigned, I was able to spend the remainder of the night in Bed. Luckily, I had not overfilled the Water Tank on that unit and slept soundly.

I was surprised when I woke this morning to find Kathy laying on top of the bedding without her CPAP Mask. The end result was that she felt tired most of the day. When I mentioned that at breakfast, she did not recall doing so. Looks like I'll have to start taking pictures, just to prove it to her.

The one thing we both enjoyed today was the bright Sunshine, even though we have transitioned to Fall Temperatures.

When it came to lunch, we enjoyed Chicken Noodle Soup, which also helped to keep the Calorie Intake down, especially when we are not very active. That is something I hope to change starting tomorrow.

I had Planned on making a Stir-Fry for supper this evening, but with a late start, that will be shifted to later this week. Instead, we enjoyed Perogies for our meal.

We would later watch a few episodes of "Forensic Files", before watching the "11 o'clock Local News". This is definitely Fall Weather heading our way, even posing the threat of Frost overnight.

Kathy was about to go to Bed, when she realized her Cell Phone was not in the Livingroom. When she checked her Purse in the Bedroom there it was. It needed an immediate charging which also showed that she had missed calls from our daughter Karen and son Ken. I will try to make certain that she gets her calls tomorrow. It is important that she talks to people to help her to keep thinking.
