Improvements, and Run For The Border.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After spending the better part of the last Two Years trying to get a decent night's sleep, it seems that it is finally starting to happen. The big question is it that my body is making the transition or is it the Muscle Relaxers that are being prescribed by the Pain Clinic. I can only hope that it's my body and not the Medications that are starting to numb the nerves against the Pain. The big problem was that I would feel groggy most of the day. When I mentioned that to our Family Doctor last Monday, he suggested taking one less capsule that the Clinic had prescribe. I have followed that since, and now feel alert through the day, but feel tired after taking my evening pills following supper.

I was in the process of checking "The Weather Network" when Kathy came out to join me. The outside temperature was 46 F (8 C), a big improvement from yesterday's temperature. Though the Sun was shining brightly, the forecast showed that would change.

The breakfasts that we used to eat has change to lite Snacks that hold us over until lunch, which is based according to how busy we are. We had Homemade Salads with Italian Dressing for our lunch. Surprisingly they are quite filling and held us over until supper.

Looking outside at that point, appeared we were about to be overcome by a Winter Storm. Watching people Jogging and Walking down on the Ganatchio Trail showed most were just wearing long Pants and T-shirts.

Rechecking "The Weather Network", the temperature had risen to the daytime high of 66 F (19 C) with winds from the Northwest between 3 to 5 MPH. It was the Five Hundred Foot Ceiling that continued to be threatening.

I was just about to start making supper, when Kathy suggested we go out, so I could have a break. It was only minutes later that we were walking out to the Car. The light breeze was difficult to feel through our Jackets, but the Clouds were looking even more ominious.

When asked where she would like to go, Kathy had no suggestions. When you watch television there are all kinds of advertisements, so I thought that we would give one that we haven't been to in a while. When we walked in to Taco Bell, there was only one other person getting ready to leave. By the time we were finishing our meal, there were only a few empty seats available. We are not Influencers, but any time we eat out lately, the same thing happens, no matter where we go. We tried their new Chicken Tacos and were quite satisfied.

As we headed for home, the Clouds were even more intense, but we didn't get any Rain. I dropped Kathy at the front entrance, because her Knee was bothering her.

We Planned on watching the "Mission Impossible" movie but our receiver, decided to play games for the next Hour. Why start a movie an Hour late? We didn't! Instead, we watched "Forensic Files". We are glad to see improved science being used to solve crimes today, that would have gone unsolved in our parents' lifetimes.
