Cuddling The Covers.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Though I tossed and turned a few times last night, it wasn't from the Pain in my Shoulder. When the outside temperature gets cold, it is very noticeable in our Bedroom. The building we live in was built in 1960 and some would say that they live in older buildings, which is fine. Since we also live on the Eighth Floor with our windows facing South, there is nothing to block the direct Sunlight hitting the windows. Glass is made by heating Silica Sand and when windows are exposed to the Hot Sunlight for over Sixty-Five Years, they ressemble Fun House Mirrors. There is often enough heat from the Sun to distort the Glass. With colder outside temperatures that means we are sleeping in a Freezer, especially on my side of the Bed.

When Kathy is asleep and she is cold, she does not remain covered but instead cuddles with the Bed Covers from my side of the Bed. Not wanting to startle her wake, it takes time to slowly pull them from her grip. Once I accomplished that, I have to lay on a strip of the Bed Covers so they can't be snatched again. Eventually Kathy turns over and covers herself with the Bed Covers that she started the night with. When I turn down the Bed at night before she goes to sleep, I jam the edge of the Covers on my side between the Mattress and Box Spring, so I won't have to struggle for them, when I go to Bed.

When we were having our breakfast snack this morning and Kathy didn't know anything about it, because she slept like rock.

After getting a few things accomplished, we enjoyed Veggie Wraps for lunch and Perogies for supper.

Our energy level seems to be waning lately, so we watched "Fantastic Beasts", and later "Cruella" for entertainment.

With our temperature dropping closer to the Freezing Mark tonight, I'll be certain to lay on the edge of the Bed Cover, as soon as I go to Bed.

I'm going to make certain that we get out for a while tomorrow.
