Washed Up and Wondering Why.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After having my new customary start to my night in my Recliner, I was able to finish it off in Bed, I was feeling good. What I did find strange, was that I woke up early, without the help of the Alarm.

The overnight Rain we had continued well into the afternoon, which suited our Plans for the day. Once gain we settled for Cereal for a source of energy that we would call breakfast. Though we moved our Coffees near to our Computers, we were busy organizing what we needed to pull it off. After getting more Calls from a few Doctor’s Offices to confirm appointments, we modified our Plans.

We managed to get downstairs to the Second Floor Laundry Room minutes after noon. We weren’t the only ones thinking that this would make the perfect Laundry Day, so we had to wait until Washers became available. That would also mean that it was past 4:00 by the time we finished putting all the folded clothes away in the drawers.

Luckily, the temperature only reached 83 F (28.3 C) this afternoon, but working away folding clothes had us both sweating. We had a small dish of Sorbet, that helped cool us down and hold our appetites off for a few more hours.

What we hadn’t finished earlier, was to make up our Bed with the freshly washed linens. Once that was finally over, we shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Spinach Pizza with added sliced Olives, for a late supper.

We were watching a couple episodes of “The Rookie”, when I used a Commercial break to turn down the Bed. That also includes closing the window Blinds, that also gives me a quick view of the parking lot, where our Car and Truck are parked. Since having the License Plates stolen from our Car and the Truck was broken into, resulting in stolen Tools, I do this often. What surprised me tonight was to have a bird’s eye view of a Police Car just idling, with no visible actions taking place. I returned a few times to see the Patrol Car still there, for nearly an Hour, before disappearing from sight.

We finished the night, by watching the “11 o’clock Local News”. We are looking at nice weather for the next week.
