Even though I managed to get the Blog published before midnight yesterday, it was past 1:30 before I deliberately tried to sleep. That was when I woke with my Hands still resting on the Keyboard, trying to shut down the Computer. Rather than taking a chance of going straight to Bed and not Sleeping, I started out in my Recliner before moving over.

Kathy again woke to the slightest sound of a Frying Pan being removed from its drawer, so that I could make our breakfast. We enjoyed French Toast along with a strip of Extra Thick Bacon, was very satisfying.

The temperature was only 66 F (19 C) but the Humidex was closing in on the Century Mark. Before we could finish our Coffees at our Computers, the forecasted Rain was power washing everything in its path, for nearly Thirty Minutes. We’d later have a few minutes of Drizzle, but the Humidex would reach 104 F (40 C).

We later received a call from another Specialist that our Family Doctor had made a referral to. The best part is, this appointment will be for Kathy in the morning the same day in August, that I have an afternoon appointment a few blocks away, with another Doctor.

Threatening Clouds kept coming and going throughout the day with occasional rumbles of Thunder coming from the Detroit side of the River.

We were a little surprised this evening, when we tried to watch our favourite detective programs, only to find that this is “Shark Week”. Since the “Jaws” movie came out in the 70’s there has been a Hysteria around sharks. These shows are designed to show that sharks are not the mindless eating machines they are made out to be, and are actually very intelligent. Most shark attacks, though they happen, are not made directly at humans.

We later watched the “11 o’clock Local News”. The big issues were the Trade Tariffs and the Weather.

Now I want to get this posted, before I fall asleep at the Keyboard again.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!
