After the last few nights of wonderful restful sleep, the only person I can blame for my sleepless nights is me. I am my own worst enemy. I don’t like taking more medications than I have to because it messes up your Liver if you take too many. Instead, by my putting up with the constant Pain, it eventually wears the body’s resistance down where you can’t sleep.
After clocking in nearly 8 Hours of time connected to my CPAP Machines, I slowly woke and felt rested. A little note at this point is that when I sleep better, so does Kathy, and she was only Ten Minutes behind me getting to the Livingroom this morning. With the early Humidex reading already nearing the Century Mark, there was no rush to head out the door.
After a Snack for breakfast as soon as we finished our Coffees, we started getting a few other things done.
It has been close to a Month that we haven’t treated ourselves to Epson Salts Foot-Baths and we have the Pain to prove it. There was very little trimming to do on Kathy’s toenails, but she had more to do on my feet. Luckily, Kathy’s large Toenail is now Three Quarters grown back to the way it was in her younger years. For over Ten Years, it has needed to be trimmed back ever so slightly, to stop it from boroughing into the end of the Toe itself. In another couple years and it might be good as new.
Lunch was simplified by having Tuna Sandwiches and Cookies for dessert.
I then had Two Containers of Strawberries to clean up so they are not lost.
By simply holding our hands next to the Balcony Door, the effect of the 104 F (40 C) Humidex could be felt.
We finally started watching a few episodes of “Forensic Files”, before even feeling the least bit hungry at 7:00. We shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Hawaiian Pizza with so much extra Pineapple and Mozzarella Cheese, we were both stuffed.
Once the Dishes were cleaned up we finished the evening by watching “Very Scary People”. That makes you think twice about your neighbours.
