I must have counted my chickens too soon in yesterday’s Blog, because I truly paid for it last night. I set the Alarm for 8:00 this morning, but was awaken at 3:00 causing me toss and turn for the next few hours, before I finally headed for a morning shower. Since showers wake me up, I appreciated it before going to my Computer.

As soon as the Clock hit 8:00 I was dialing our Family Doctor’s Office. Lisa said I must have read her mind as she was just about to call me. George explained that I had a Small Tear in the Shoulder Ligament, which is what causes the Reflective Pain in my Bicep. He also pointed out that I have Severe Arthritis and Bursitis, which I have suspected for years. When he received the Results of the Ultra Sound yesterday, he immediately referred me to a Specialist in the field that will give me a Cortisone Injection. The last time I had to pay for a Hyaluronic Acid Injection for my Hip, that I’m still waiting for it to work Twenty-One Months later. He also talked about a Referral that he made for Kathy back in March. Since it takes Four to Five Months for some of these appointments, he figures we’ll be getting a call soon.

We had a light Snack instead of Breakfast, before heading out the door. At 9:30, it already felt like 93 F (34 C).

We Zig Zagged our way around the Road Construction Detours. We arrived at Advanced Rehabilitation Center ahead of schedule. After having Tens and Laser Treatments on my Shoulder, the Therapist saw me struggling with my exercises. When I told her the findings of the Ultra Sound, she suggested I take it easy and call it a day.

Like Two Weeks ago, we stopped at the Backroad Cafe for a belated Brunch. Kathy enjoyed a Strawberry Belgium Waffle, while I enjoyed a Chicken Burrito Omelette. We were not Stuffed, just Satisfied.

We collected our Mail at Guardian Storage, before arriving at Zehr’s grocery store to pick up a few things we needed. Almost a shock when it cost less then Seventy Dollars, but that also meant we were able to carry our purchases up to the Apartment, without using our Folding Two Wheeled Shopping Cart.

Kathy needed a few Snaps during the afternoon, especially while the Rain helped to water everything in sight. It also dropped the temperature by 13 F (7 C). It would later warm up again.

I need more practice, but we did enjoy the Sweet and Sour Pork Balls along with the Vegetable Rice we finally had for supper, Seven Hours after our brunch.

We later watched the inspiring movie Just Mercy”, before watching the “11 o’clock Local News”. Looks like we are into another Heat Wave with some Wet Weather to go with it,
