Even after getting up earlier yesterday, it still affected the way I slept last night. My body’s natural clock did not like the changes that were being made. I awoke alert, but my body itself responded with Aches and Pains that I had never had before.
If you recall, I mentioned not completing a job, after staying late on Friday. The first thing I did this morning was to replace it back in the Plasma Transfer Arc and start a Burner to warm that Feedscrew. I then replaced the Orifice in the Torch that was the cause of the delay. Since the weld area that remained was only Two Rotations the welding began by 8:30 and the Unit was being put in the Sandbox by 9:00.
That
was around the time we could feel the warmth building in the Plant.
Besides doing touch-ups on other Units I loaded the Screw
that will replace the One that had to be totally measured
because there was no Blueprint for it. CAD
Programs on Computers are such a breakthrough compared to
when I was in School. Using the
measurements we had taken, our Engineer Vinnie was able to
create one with all the necessary details in very little time. After
setting it up and adding the Numbers in the PTA
Spreadsheet, I thought it more advisable to wait until tomorrow
morning when it is cooler, to run Two Burners to warm it up.
On the way home after collecting the Mail at Guardian Storage, I picked up our supper at Pita Pit. As I’ve mentioned before, this is a healthy version of Fast Food, adding the Vegetables and Seasoning of your choice, while keeping the Carbs and Fat down. That fact that their Pitas are on sale on Tuesday also helps on the costs.
We
both enjoyed our Pitas and did not go away hungry.Notice the Feels Like.
With tomorrow forecasted to be slightly cooler, it will be easier to be outside. After that it looks like Fall might make an early appearance.

If you get cold, try standing in the corner for a while.
It’s always 90 degrees!
