Girls Day Out and What Next?

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It felt good being able to close my eyes again for more sleep this morning, even after the Sun started peeking past the window Blinds. As soon as Kathy saw the Clock, she went into panic mode, because she didn’t want to be late.

We were out the door by 8:45 so that we could stop for a quick breakfast. Our first stop was McDonald’s, where we each had a Bacon/Egg McMuffin and Coffee.

We arrived at our daughter Karen’s in Tecumseh, only to find her scrambling to get dressed. She claimed, not to have heard the Alarm go off and over-slept. We had a chance to talk until it was time to leave. Kathy and Karen were going to meet up with our daughter-in-law Melissa for a girls day out.

I made a quick stop at Dollarama to get some Cough Drops, because I was still congested from yesterday.

I had Planned on going to Planet Fitness to do some exercises on the Resistance Machines. When Muscles are not exercised, they begin to twist, causing severe Charlie-Horse Pains. The entire parking lot was full and I saw people parking in a nearby shopping center, then walking over. Looking through the Windows, there were only a few Cardio Machines not in use. The place was packed and the way I was feeling, I headed for home.

I had work to do on the Computer. If you recall we bought a New Printer back in April, used it for months and now it won’t print. Again, I unsuccessfully replaced the operating program. It will copy, but we have documents to print, from our Computers.

Another issue I am having is signing in to Google for our Blog. Right now, Pictures cannot be posted, leaving comments on some Blogs is impossible, while others we are signed in as Anonymous, as well I can’t get into my Facebook account. We can get our E-mail but that is not as important as the rest.

The way my throat continued to feel, I had a double serving of Chicken Noodle Soup for lunch, since I was by myself.

Kathy had an enjoyable day, with Karen and Melissa at Colasanti’s in Kingsville. They ate lunch as well as bringing home House Plants for the Winter. Kathy brought home a small Poinsettia, for the upcoming holidays.

Having a craving for a Chicken Sandwich we headed to Wendy’s for supper. It felt good to be out again today.

Before heading home we stopped at Shoppers Drug Mart. Since I’m still not clear of the Congestion, we picked up some Buckley’s cough syrup. As the advertisement says, “It taste terrible, but it works”, and it’s true. Within seconds of taking it, you will feel relief.

Now Kathy’s Computer is restarting, while she is trying to use it. What Next?

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
