Still Recharging Our Batteries.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

After having a restless night on Thursday, due to the Power Outage, we had no problem going to sleep last night. That did not mean that every time I moved the Hip/Leg Pain would forget to remind me of the problem. When we finally got out of bed at 8:00 this morning, it still felt like we had barely slept.

I mentioned in previous Blogs that when we sleep without using our CPAP Machines, it can take up to a week to fully recover from the ordeal. While reading on the Computers today, if we didn’t get up and walk around every Fifteen Minutes, we would wake from Snaps that we did not feel coming on. That continued to haunt us throughout the day.

In response to not having a Portable Power Station, when we were Fulltimers we did not worry about that, because we had Solar Panels that charged our Battery Bank. We also had Two Pure Sine-Wave Inverters, one that was used periodically during the daytime and the other that was used every night. By using the Inverter for our CPAPs, we never had to worry about Power Outages. Now it is looking like we’ll be looking into something for our Apartment.

Like I said earlier, we are still struggling to stay awake, so we’ll let nature charge our Batteries overnight.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

Krackers

You know you’re RV Trash when the vehicle you tow your travel trailer with is classified as “economy.”

  1. Perhaps a solar generator may be a solution. They can be charged in multiple ways, they emit no noise or odours, and are portable. You could take it along on your travels also.

  2. If you can figure out which size power station you need - contact Jackery, tell them you have a blog with xxx views, & 2 CPAP machines. They will send you a FREE Jackery if you agree to review it on your blog. They are looking for honest reviews - & - even if negative, you still get to keep it. Jackery has a special program just for this. Check out their website and/or Google it. Good Luck.
