After getting up at a decent time this morning, we settled on having Cereal for breakfast.

There was nothing that we needed to rush out to do, so we took advantage of the time to get caught up on our E-reading, News, Communications and Blogs. I even checked my Facebook account that I haven’t seen in over Month.

Due to lack of activity, we enjoyed Split Pea with Ham Soup for lunch. It was just enough to satisfy our needs.

There were new Bandages and Bactine applied to Kathy’s Abrasions from her fall in the Exercise Room on Tuesday.

We had made Plans to go out for supper while supporting a good cause like we did at DQ. Today we were headed to A&W for their “Burgers to beat MS” (Multiple Sclerosis). For every Teen Burger sold, they contributed $2.00 to Multiple Sclerosis Research. Even though it is a global issue, Canada has the highest numbers per capita.

We got home just before our daughter Karen called to see how we are doing. She suggested using Polysporin on Kathy’s wounds but recognized the Bactine as old school.

We later watched a few episodes of “Forensic Files” before watching the “11 o’clock Local News”.

Years ago, when I was first given the Medication to fight the Vertigo, I was told to take them until the spinning stops, which I noted seems to be about Three Days. That was yesterday, so I didn’t take any, last night or this morning because I seem to be on the mend. After turning down the bed tonight, I was again hit by the room spinning uncontrollably. It looks like I’m back to taking those medication for Vertigo, until things get straightened around.

Words of Inspiration

It is only in pain that a woman is capable of rising above mediocrity. Her resistance to pain is infinite; one can use and abuse it without any fear that she will die, as long as some childish physical cowardice or some religious hope keeps her from the suicide that offers her a way out.”

Colette, French Author.
