In response to some of yesterday’s Comments. I have been struggling to sleep lately, mostly due to the Shoulder Pain. When I spoke with the Nurse Practitioner, it had been years since my last bout of Vertigo, so I never even thought to mention it.

After we enjoyed Blueberries on our Cereal for breakfast, I made a call. The Pharmacist at Health First Pharmacy, agreed that the Prescribed Medication, could have helped trigger the long dormant Inner Ear Imbalance. I mentioned using the old medication to stop the spinning sensation. The only thing he could see was that their age, the dosage would have weakened, but would still be safe to use.

We enjoyed a Caesar Salad for lunch before deciding we needed to exercise. The fact that it had been Raining on and off since midnight, we headed downstairs. One of the things the New Management Company did after making other improvements to the building, was to add a Small Gym. (When we owned our home, our Workout Room had more equipment than this does.)

I offered Kathy the Exercycle for her to use, but she recalled that was all I could use after my Hip Surgery. Luckily, today I used the Elliptical Machine right next to the Treadmill that Kathy chose to use. After getting her going at a standard gait, I started, started to adjust my machine. That was when Kathy hit the Program Button and the belt went into Hyper-Speed. I didn’t realize that she had connected the Safety Cord to her top, rather than her waistband. When she went down, I had to pull the other end of the Cord to stop the Belt, that was grinding into Kathy.

Kathy wanted me to keep exercising, but I brought her back to the Apartment for some First-Aide. She complained that it stung, but I’ve used Bactine in all my First-Aide Kits. Even the kids said it stung, but the wounds never infected. Kathy is missing skin on both Knees, a Shin, an Arm and her right Hand, a lot of Pride, but it won’t show by the weekend.

After all that excitement we simply shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Pepperoni Pizza for supper.

We watched a few episodes of “Forensic Files”, before Kathy called it a night earlier than normal.

I’ll continue taking the Prescription for a few more days, unless things really goes south. As of this evening, my balance has mostly returned by simply giving the Old Medication time to work.

Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment, unless it personally attacks someone for their opinion, or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
