Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

Even with the Arthritic Pain in my hip I managed to get a bit more sleep last night mainly because I was so tired from not sleeping the night before. Rest assured that Monday night I’ll be taking a Tylenol to help ease the discomfort.

When I got up after 8:00 I managed get things ready for breakfast, opened the Balcony Blinds and turned on the Computers. I even managed to apply for a couple of jobs, read the local news on the Windsor Star and checked The Weather Network. By the time I read half the Blogs we follow it dawn on me that Kathy wasn’t up yet.

Clear weather at 11:30.

Opening the Bedroom Blind did not help to light up the room. When I kissed Kathy on the forehead the first thing she did was smile. The second her eyes focused on the Clock she practically jumped out of bed.

While having breakfast Kathy described how she didn’t totally fall asleep until nearly 3:30. That meant in order to make up for it she was simply sleeping later.

Looking outside we were experiencing more weather similar to yesterday Lite Rain then Flurries. Luckily like yesterday the temperature was hoovering just above the Freezing Mark so nothing was accumulating.

When it came time for lunch Kathy insisted on using the Leftover Roast Beefon a single slice of Bread with Gravy and Potato slices from the other night along with some Canned Fruit for dessert.

While sitting at the Computers to let our lunch settle Kathy turned on the US News Media to see what is happening for the Inauguration. What we heard was that most State Capitals have added extra precautions but the US Capital looks more like a Military Encampment.

Flurries at 3:30.

They also showed a newly released video about the Insurrection that was taken by a Reporter disguised as a Protester with a small Video Camera. He was able to follow them into the Capital Building without being attacked like other Media Crews had been outside. The language is offensive and the actions very threatening to Security and the Law Makers. This will definitely help the F.B.I. to identify many more of the suspects.

I managed to get a better workout than the other day. As I’ve said before the more often you exercise the more often you are able to do so.

For supper we had Spaghettini with Spaghetti Sauce and Shredded Mozzarella Cheese topped off with Orange Slices, Cookies as well as a Yogurt Cup for dessert.

Watching the 6 o’clock Local News the main stories were more Coronavirus Cases and Deaths but at a slower rate than we have been seeing. The delay in the Vaccine was again verified and our Weather is going to become more seasonal.

We watched a Hallmark Mystery Movie before watching the special on “Kamala Harris”.

  1. I take two 650mg in Tylenol in the morning and two at bedtime. Wouldn't be able to function without them. Lots of activity leading up to the election. Hope all goes quietly.

  2. The cold and wet temps here in the winter are not kind on all who suffer from arthritis thats for sure. Hopefully we will have a good spring and summer to enjoy, which will be more kind to the joints and overall wellbeing.

  3. Oh I do hope you will continue to have improving numbers on the virus. Meanwhile, I wish I had been there for lunch and supper today!!! And, has anyone ever mentioned stretches for your hip/leg thing? No involved workouts, which are good, but just little things you can do off and on during the day. Just saying. It helps me. Look it up if you are interested at all. Everybody's got their remedies!!
