Good Night, Early Call, Military Encampment and Lower Numbers.

Our Location today is at Windsor, Ontario.

Last night we slept much better simply by not having any Caffeinated Beverages later in the evening. When I got up this morning it looked like the Sun had just set. The Clouds were so thick in the sky I knew it was not a good sign.

As I was checking The Weather Network and the Radar it was easy to see we were unlikely to see any sunshine today. Seeing that I had just finished thinking this would be the perfect day to let Kathy sleep in. At 8:20 the Phone that was on the Desk started ringing. Before I could reach it Kathy was awake and when I said Hello they hung up.

We had an early start at the Computers. I managed to apply for a few more Jobs as well as reading all the Blogs on our sidebar that wrote since last evening.

Look closely and you can see the Flurries.

Looking out the Balcony Door at 10:00 it was Raining steadily. By 11:00 we were having Flurries that were so intense at times we could barely see outside.

Trying to use our perishable supplies first we had Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Olives for a garnish then we shared the last of the Grapes, some Cookies and Yogurt Cups as a dessert.

As soon as we finished eating I set up the Crock Pot so that Kathy could start slow cooking our supper.

Returning to the Computers we also turned on the US News Media to see more about the Insurrection Investigation. Instead we saw Washington looking like a Military Encampment. It looked like nothing we remembered when we were there in September 2011 with our Friends Gerry and Sandy. The threat for more Armed Attacks on all the US Capitals has been raised to extreme.

I took the time to get a single set of all my exercises accomplished while we continued to listen to all those reports. As I was closing up the Sun decided to brighten the sky highlighting the Clouds along the distant horizon.

When I finished up we worked together putting together our meal that had spent the afternoon cooking. Kathy made up the Gravy while I carved the Roast Beef. With Carrots and a shared Potato everything tasted wonderful. I added Salsa on my Potato to dress it up.

Watching our 6 o’clock Local News the numbers of Coronavirus Cases did increase for our area but much less then what we have seen lately. Weather-wise we won’t be seeing the Sun with more precipitation like we saw today for the next Five.

With dryer weather forecasted early I’ll pick up a few more food stocks tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion unless it personally attacks someone for their comment or is Spam.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.

How many theoretical physicists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Two. One to hold the light bulb and another to rotate the universe.

  1. Just looking at your pictures makes me feel cold! At least you are going to have so-so weather for a couple of days and can go replenish your food stock. Stay warm.

  2. I read were you mentioned it was raining fingers crossed it did not freeze into an "ice rink". Honestly, I always preferred getting snow at this time of the year over rain. Take care and stay safe.
