How it happen I don’t know but sure hope it happens again. I went to bed without taking anything to sleep and only woke once through the entire night. I felt refreshed when I got up this morning.

When I got up there was another surprise waiting when I opened the Balcony Blinds the Sun was shining so bright it was nearly blinding. I even took a picture just to prove it actually happened but the Splotch Marks on the window from the recent Rain ruined the picture. Don’t get too excited the Clouds moved in after lunch.

When Kathy joined me she even commented that she slept like a rock. We spent the morning getting our chores and reading completed. During part of my time at the Computer I applied on a couple more jobs that I recalled dropping Resumes at their Offices. As I was told back then most businesses only hold on to Resumes for Six Months then toss them.

We kept lunch lite by simply having Chicken Noodle Soup with a Yogurt Cup for dessert.

After we let our lunch settle Kathy busied herself baking a Cherry Pie. Once it was in the oven she used the Leftover Dough and made what she calls Rolly-Pollies which are miniature Cinnamon Rolls. No Waste and another Snack.

While Kathy did that I spent nearly an Hour exercising. I have to get back on track with this and get back into a routine that’s gone to the wayside. No more Aches or Pains.

We weren’t really too hungry and thought we’d found a package of Lou’s Kitchen Brisket for supper. The reason we didn’t know for sure was it takes less space in the Freezer if you remove the Box Wrappers. After warming the package up in the Microwave we had Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls on Hamburger Buns with a slice of Homemade Cherry Pie for dessert.

We were so happy to see our 6 o’clock Local News tonight. The Coronavirus Case Numbers really jumped over the Holiday Week-end. Talk about when we may see our Vaccines was discussed. They also talked how a young woman in British Columbia who’s life was saved by the Virus. When they did a Chest X-Ray they found a Large Tumour pressing against her Heart and Lungs. The Local Health Unit begged that we not get together for New Year’s Eve. They recommended just Calling or meeting On-Line. Our weather will be Freezing, turning White then Melting so it can repeat itself next week.

We finished the evening by watching “A Yard Sale Mystery”. Different then the Hallmark Movies but nice. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.

Be Safe and Enjoy!

The cherry pie does look yummy. I always make those little delights with the leftover dough too. Usually mine have butter and brown sugar or jam in them. Yum.
