Even though I spent nearly an Hour wide awake through the night I was still awake before 7:30 this morning. The fact that there were Overnight Thunderstorms forecasted for our area we had closed our Roof Vents and only left a few Windows cracked open. The Temperatures never dipped below the Mid-Sixties which made it very warm inside to sleep. After listening to the Rain start at 1:33 and ending Five Minutes later I opened more Windows to cool things down.
Happy Birthday Matthew.

After reading some of the Comments on Yesterday’s Blog I have to clarify something. While I was still working and we owned our House Kathy used to do the Laundry. Once we moved to our apartment I had Kathy show me how to do the Laundry not only for if something happened to her but to give me something to do. Since then the only time Kathy helps with the folding is when we are in the Southwest Laundromats because those machines are in such high demand. I have had people compliment me on the precision I fold things in order to avoid unwanted wrinkles in our clothes.
About the Different Sized Fonts many have commented on it is not from our end but Blogger Publisher. I have made many attempts to clarify the problem with no luck. I’ve also noticed the same problem on other Blogs that we follow. The problem arises through Blogger itself and if more people that are affected by the problem would send Feedback to Blogger they might actually do something about it.

We had forecasted Rain for the entire day but other then the little we had overnight it never happened. We did have a heavy Cloud Cover the entire day.
We had a late lunch of Perogies, Fruit and Yogurt so that we could avoid eating anything heavy for supper.
Sally's birthday was yesterday. Matthew reading on of his cards.
We were on our way to Amherstburg shortly after 5:00 this evening to attend our grandson Matthew’s Seventeenth Birthday Celebration. Kevin and Melissa had made certain there was plenty of healthy snacks for everyone to enjoy. (More like a Meal.) Melissa’s parents Al and Sally along with Matthew’s aunt Tammy with cousins Ethan and Abbey were all there. Luckily the Air Conditioning was working well at keeping everyone comfortable inside the house.
Kathy, Matthew and Myself.
Rain heading our way.
It was past 8:00 when everyone decided that the Black Clouds that were starting to fill the sky was a sign to head for home. We had barely pulled out of the driveway before we had to use the wipers. By the time we reached the corner we didn’t need them anymore. The Clouds seemed like they were following us and Kathy had me stop to photograph them.
Our Sunset.
Back at the Park the streets were dry but the Clouds were heading our way. We’ve been Home a couple of Hours now and it seems that the Rain has gone somewhere else. With this weird weather we are not sure what we’ll do tomorrow. Thank you for following along and feel free to leave a comment.
Be Safe and Enjoy!

It’s about time.
