Occasion Greetings and A Call.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Last night was another restful night, so I can only keep my fingers crossed that they keep happening. It had Rained during the night, but we would get an even heavier downpour later in the morning.

I did my usual morning routine, thinking we’d have a Breakfast Snack when Kathy joined me. Later when I saw time in the corner of my Computer screen I was about to wake her when my Cell Phone rang. I didn’t recognize the number but it was quicker to answer than to try to mute the phone. It was my Sister Anna calling on a new number because of all the Scam Calls she had been receiving lately. The reason for this call was to wish me a Happy Birthday.

We talked for quite some time about different things, but most of all Family Health Problems and the Health Problems we are both dealing with Thirty-Two Years after our parents passing. We both seemed to know a few things the other didn’t, so that gave us both a better idea of why we’re having these issues now.

Luckily, the Phone woke Kathy so she had the chance to do some reading on her Computer. Due to the fact that we haven’t talked much lately, (my fault) our conversation was a little longer than first anticipated.

When the call ended, I found a Text from our daughter-in-law Melissa, also wishing me a Happy Birthday.

Looking at the time I thought it was too late to have a Breakfast Snack and simply decided to have a Brunch. It took nearly an Hour to cook up a Bacon/Veggie Omelette, using some of the Stir Fry that I had cooked up last evening. Even though it was only a single Omelette that we shared, we both waddled away from the table.

Our son Kevin called after our lunch apologizing for not wishing me a Happy Birthday this morning but he could not get through. Nothing interrupts my conversations with my Sister.

I found a few more greetings On-line before getting a Birthday Wish from our daughter Karen while she was on her way home from work.

The 6 o’clock Local News was just ending when I suggested that we have something to eat, even though neither of us were really hungry. We shared an unmodified Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Hawaiian Pizza for a late supper.

We later watchedLaw and Orderalong with Elsbethfor entertainment.
