Diagnosis.

Though my sleep improved last night for the first couple of hours on the Computer this morning, it was a struggle to keep my eyes open. It was strange because it wasn’t until I was laying there, staring at the ceiling that I decided to start my day.

When Kathy joined me, she was saying how she’d had trouble falling to sleep and when she woke up, it seemed that she was still tired, which was something I could relate to.

Bananas and Yogurt Cups would amount to our breakfast.

The Cloud Cover held well past noon when we finally started having slivers of Sunshine brightening our day, but the temperature never reached above 53 F (11.5 C).

We shared a Store-Bought Thin-Crust Medium Spinach Pizza with Pineapple for lunch.

By a fluke Kathy saw a News Flash on her Computer, announcing “Breaking News” that Former President Joe Biden had just been diagnosed with Cancer. We switched on the US News Channels for a confirmation that it was true. Since we both lost our former Spouses to that Disease, we feel the pain whenever someone else is diagnosed.

We eventually settled for Veggie Wraps for supper.

While watching a few episodes of “Forensic Files”, it brought back memories of when I had my nose buried in True Crime Magazines. It always amazed me how people can be so Barbaric and what it takes to catch them.

Since going to the Gym on Thursday, in hopes of limbering up, lots of those muscles have been giving me the What For. I need to get back there to straighten their acts out.
