A Real Turnaround.

Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

Not sure how it happened but I actually slept last night. It was as if I simply fell back into my new sleep routine. I started in my Recliner for Two Hours that spent the next Six Hours in Bed actually sleeping, which meant I woke up feeling refreshed.

I was up less than Twenty Minutes when Kathy came out to join me for a snacking breakfast.

Since we’d had so much Rain yesterday, after checking The Weather Network this morning, I was a little less concerned. Even though the forecast showed 80% chance of showers this afternoon, the Radar showed the closest it would get to us would be after 9:00 this evening. We didn’t spend long on our Computers before heading out the door.

Heading out the rear entrance we crossed paths with John the Building Maintenance Man. He was happy to hear us say that the Toilet Repairs had it working and sounding better than when it was first installed. No Squealing and it functioned the way it should have from day one. The Plumbing Company installing the Toilets hired a bunch of Students that tried to act like they knew what they were doing. Having done lots of Toilet repairs, replacements and installations myself, I could see right through them.

Since it was already past noon and I wanted something different to eat, we headed to Arby’s, where we enjoyed their Cheddar Roast Beef Sandwich with a Wild Raspberry Shake.

It is amazing how much Breakfast Juice we went through in the last Two Weeks. Our stock pile had rapidly depleted so we stopped at Dollarama to fix the problem. Would you believe their shelves were practically bare and there was no Breakfast Juice, so we picked up a few other things we needed.

Next we stopped at the Zehr’s grocery store to pick up a bit of Produce and Yogurt, before heading off to the Dollarama closest to where we live. There was exactly enough Breakfast Juice that I could leave Three Containers behind for someone else and still have enough for us to continue enjoying it for the next Two Weeks.

Even though we used our Folding Two Wheeled Shopping Cart to bring everything up to the Apartment, by the time everything had been put away, my Arm/Shoulder were screaming at me. That sounds like a repeat of my Hip/Leg before the surgery. It was time for my first low grade Pain Pill of the last Two Days.

We had finished watching the 6 o’clock Local News, before we enjoyed Veggie Wraps for supper made with the Stir-Fry that I made on the weekend.

We lucked out and found a “Murder Mystery” to watch before finishing our evening off watching “Elsbeth”, (She’s like a female Columbo).

Looking outside, it still has not Rained, but now the Weather Guessers are showing it will be on and off all day tomorrow. Seeing is Believing!
