Rearranging And Continued Progress.

Our Location today is Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada.

We were so involved in helping to move our old bedroom set out of the apartment yesterday that by the time we’d assembled the new bedframe and got to bed after midnight we had no problem sleeping until after 8:00 this morning. After having breakfast we spent some time arranging the clear plastic storage bins that we’d put our clothes from the dressers into so that we can temporarily use them as nightstands for our CPAP machines until we move.

Since the weather guessers were forecasting late afternoon showers we left the apartment shortly after lunch. We drove over to Guardian Storage where we presently store our trailer but eventually will have a Climate Controlled Storage Unit and our Mail box. Since they only issue a single key it was our responsibility to have additional keys made. This afternoon I tried both keys that had been made at Home Hardware and they worked perfectly. I also had the chance to speak with Wendy about our storage unit and she guaranteed me we were first on the list and would have a unit before the end of March.

We then drove over to Walmart where we purchased additional clear plastic storage containers that will not only be used for storing our clothes but linens and winter-wear that will be stored while we enjoy our Fulltiming Adventure for the next number of years. We also spent time walking around the grocery section picking up a number of things that we were getting low on. No sooner had we unloaded our purchases and were putting them away when I noticed outside that we weren’t just getting showers but a substantial amount of rain that was coming down. Talk about cutting it close!

Kathy sautéed some onions to go with a couple of Salisbury steaks while I prepped and cooked a nice Acorn Squash to go with it for our supper tonight. Since I was exposed to the damp night air last night it feels like I might be getting my cold back or an infection. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that we can keep making progress in preparation of our Fulltiming Adventure. Thanks for following along and feel free to leave a comment. Be Safe and Enjoy!
