Still A Mystery.

 Our Location today is Windsor, Ontario.

It has been over a Month since Bob the Technician from Kennametal came to our Plant to calibrate the PTA and it is still a guessing game. We loaded the Feedscrew in the Machine by 7:00 this morning and started the welding an Hour later.

Adjusting the Powder Feed is still the biggest mystery. This morning it took Three Passes with a Twenty Feed to gain Three/Tenths thickness. This afternoon Four Passes of Forty Feed could not build Two/Tenths of thickness. I had to work later than expected to finish the job. To make up for it, I’ll work on my Letter of Notice this weekend.

    I totally agree with Doug, Nancy, Thevon & the many other readers who never comment - please, we beg of you, - turn in your resignation Monday morning with a maximum 2 week end date. It is way PAST time.!!!!
